Just passing through town and chose this hotel. Nice rooms and restaurant/bar. Great customer service. Abdi working the front desk was awesome! Would definitely stay here again.

Love the Hyatt every visit. It's super clean. Staff is friendly. Easy walking to food and drink. Great views. I love that the hotel is pet friendly but .. this visit there was a dog that barked every time someone went down the hall, seemingly when the family was out of the room. Didn't want to complain because I have dogs and understand struggles while traveling, but a suggestion would be to place all families with pets on one floor together, away from non-pet visitors.

Great location with lots of great restaurants in walking distance. Free breakfast and coffee was a nice surprise. It was very quiet as well.

I stayed here for a wedding. The rooms were beautiful and super clean. The desk employees were so helpful. I ran into a minor problem that had nothing to do with thte hotel and they helped me out..I always want to let someone know when they do a great job, because I think most people are fast to criticize, but not so much with their praise. This place deserved the praise.. Thanks for making the stay enjoyable.

Wish I could give this place 5 stars. I have stayed here a couple of times in the past year to visit my son who is attending University of Illinois. Had a great stay the first time when I came down to pick him up for winter break, but the last time I stayed recently, there was a loud birthday party going on. The first time I called the front desk, it seemed as though the party goers left for a while, but when they came back they brought more people and were even louder. Most of the night was disrupted by these folks. They sounded to be older than college age students too, would guess they were around mid 30s to early 40s. By the time they all finally quieted down (after they were warned by the hotel) it was almost 5am. Sleeping was really a challenge. My son is now hesitant to stay at this hotel because this kind of ruined the stay for us. Otherwise, the staff is fantastic and it’s a very clean hotel, located right in the heart of downtown Champaign. The beds are very comfortable too. Would love to give it another shot sometime soon but not quite sure yet.
