“I stayed here for about a week for my Colorado trip. It was conveniently located between downtown Denver and the mountains. The hotel was very clean. My room had a king bed and a sofa bed and they were comfortable. The breakfast was typical American with eggs, bacon, cereal, etc. I like that they had Silk soy milk for non-dairy milk. There were some nice study/work spaces. Because of COVID, the bar and restaurant were not open. The staff was also helpful when I suddenly changed my plan to leave a day early and they gave me full refund for that day!”

“I booked two rooms that were joined together. One of them smelled like it was a despensery. Which the front desk attendant said would you like some air freshener like that was going to do anything so fortunately the room was moved to a different part of the hotel floor. Are party was split in two. I wanted the rooms close because it was my daughters birthday and it's just more comfortable with everyone together. On another note there was metal sticking out of the floorboard and it cut my foot twice and the front desk clerk had no empathy no customer service no emotion when I told her about the situation she just said would you like a Band-Aid. I was hoping for something like I'm so sorry that happened to you would you like a Band-Aid or how else can I help you did you hurt yourself prompting questions or any concerned customer service would have been better than no emotion whatsoever and I told her she had no emotion and that was unkind and she said okay well I'll give you my manager to talk with. Really 3 thumbs down!!!!”
