Hotel bem bem bem okay para o preço. Além disso passamos por uma situação bastante constrangedora, somos estrangeiros e temos tatuagens, tivemos que nos cobrir pq o hotel não permitia pessoas tatuadas. Sabemos que é importante respeitar a tradição do lugar que visitamos, mas escolhemos uma rede americana que não diz nada sobre isso. Ou seja, todo o ritual pago (que não foi pouco)foi por água baixo, já que não conseguimos fazer o Hot bath.

Spent two nights and three days this week in Hakone and stayed in the Tatami suite, 2 adults, 2 kids. The room was perfect for us, 2 twin beds, 2 futons. We ate dinner in the room, excellent food and received a great bottle of wine with check in. Room size is 88sqm, very modern, great shower room and tatami space. The hotel service was also very good as you would expect at a Hyatt property. My only very minor criticism is that the Smart Sony TV is strangely not connected to the Internet so kids cannot watch favourite shows on their netflix account, although the hotel offers free WiFi. Would definitely recommend Hyatt as a base to stay for a few nights sightseeing around Mt. Fuji. Safe travels!

One of the best hotel I have been. Beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms, refined design, excellent service. Staff - even with Japanese standard - is exceptional. Very good hotel for foreigners - everybody speaks good English. Highly recommend.

Absolutely incredible hotel. Amazing location, 5-star rooms, service, food and amenities. I really cannot recommend this hotel enough. The bar / lounge near the lobby is cozy with a fireplace at the center and you can really spend there hours upon hours. The hotel restaurant has a great variety of food and they’re more than happy to accommodate you for any special dietary restrictions. Overall really great experience and I’ll definitely be back.

Bad Service.This is our second time coming here hoping to have a meal and coffee but both times we just had to leave.Our first time was because, the lunch time was over and they didn’t serve food anymore so it’s fine.The second time was worst.We called around 3:05~pm. We asked if there’s seats available in their patio, if we can have afternoon tea time and if we can bring our dog. The staff on the phone said yes we can bring our dog and we don’t need reservations because it’s not full so we can just go. However the staff on the phone told and asked us that the seats outside might be a little damp and if it’s okay (since it was raining the day before) We said it’s fine, we don’t mind.So we rushed to go to the hotel and arrived around 3:20PM. we told the staff at the entrance that we’re just going to the cafe for afternoon tea, then he told us that the last order is 3:30pm. we told him that we just called 10min ago and the person on the phone told us that we don’t need reservations and just come. (The staff on the phone didn’t mention anything about last order!!!!!!) so we rushed at the cafe and instead of welcoming us , every staff was concerned about the time and every staff had to remind us its already last order and we could only stay until 4. Our main intention was to have the afternoon tea set but They couldn’t serve it because of the time but they said we can order drinks/coffee.We asked if we can seat at their nicer terrace but instead, They sat us down at the smaller outdoor space by the door of the cafe (apparently that is the area that is dog friendly). It was dirty... and the atmosphere was dark.As a pet owner I wouldn’t want my furry dog to lie down on a dirty, muddy, ground and full of moss while waiting for us to finish our coffee. Dogs shampoo/salon costs more than humans salon here in Japan. They obviously don’t know anything or don’t think about the dogs and the owners.I hope they told us on the phone that their last order was 3:30!!! and didn’t told us that we don’t need reservations and to just come. They just made us waste our time driving there.ホスピタリティの無さ。 サービス悪すぎます。期間限定のドッグカフェ… ぜんぜん犬の事と飼い主の事を考えてない。犬連れにはおすすめしません。

Very nice resort in the heart of Hakone. The onsen is amazing. I highly recommend getting a Mt Fuji view room. Nothing beats seeing that first thing when you wake up.

Absolutely wonderful hotel to spend our honeymoon. The rooms were large, spacious and modern. The staff was very polite, professional and helpful. We are at both restaurants and it was excellent. Also we had a couple massage at the spa and it was very good and relaxing. Highly recommended hotel.

Probably the only time I've ever gone to a resort and spa where I actually found the type of R&R that these institutions sell. Environment was serene and beautiful, staff was professional, friendly and very accommodating! Also, the hot springs really do heal your soul, highly recommend!
