O lobby parecia incrível, indo para o quarto, os corredores pareciam desgastados e antiquados. Os quartos eram muito bons e espaçosos. A cama deixou muito a desejar, era um colchão de molas velho que rangia quando você se sentava nele. O colchão era muito duro pouco os travesseiros que realmente bom.

The lobby looked amazing, going the the room, the halls looked worn and out dated. The rooms were really nice and spacious. The bed left a lot to be desired, it was an old spring mattress that squeaked when you sat in it. The mattress was very hard bit the pillows we really nice.

Tuvimos una estadía increíble en The George. La habitación era espaciosa y súper limpia. todo el personal es de primera categoría. Ninguna de las primeras tarjetas clave que obtuvimos funcionó después de la primera vez que las usamos (solo funcionaron una vez), por lo que tuvimos que obtener otras nuevas. Terminamos esperando diez minutos en el pasillo porque no podíamos entrar a nuestra habitación. Las puertas del baño deben reemplazarse por puertas normales con cerradura. El corredizo no funcionaba bien, y el espacio entre la puerta y la pared era de al menos 2 o 3 pulgadas, por lo que desde una de las camas se podía ver fácilmente dentro de la ducha, que tenía un vidrio completamente transparente, sin mencionar que se podía escuchar cada sonido que alguien hizo allí. En resumen, las tarjetas llave deben funcionar mejor y debe haber mucha más privacidad en el baño.

Comer em DC pode ser uma experiência de sucesso ou fracasso, o DAMARA forneceu recomendações incríveis de brunch, almoço e jantar durante toda a nossa estadia. DAMARA merece um aumento e uma promoção o mais rápido possível. Menção honrosa para Benjamin, Hunter e os adoráveis cavalheiros (não lembro o nome dele) que cuidaram de nossa bagagem, todos foram ÓTIMOS. Este é o único lugar que ficaremos em nossas viagens a D.C.

Nenhum dos primeiros cartões-chave que recebemos funcionou após a primeira vez que os usamos (eles funcionaram apenas uma vez), então tivemos que obter novos. Acabamos esperando dez minutos no corredor porque não conseguíamos entrar no nosso quarto. As portas do banheiro precisam ser substituídas por portas normais com fechadura. O de correr não funcionava bem, e o vão entre a porta e a parede era de pelo menos 2 ou 3 polegadas, então de uma das camas dava para ver facilmente o chuveiro, que tinha vidro completamente transparente, sem falar que dava para ouvir cada som que alguém fez lá. We had an amazing stay at The George. The room was spacious and super clean. The staff are all top notch. I have to give a special shout out to DAMARA K who provide the most knowledgeable, professional and personal service. The ability to text front desk with questions, concerns great feature, front desk responded super fast to all inquiries. Eating in DC can be a hit or miss experience, DAMARA provided amazing brunch, lunch and dinner recommendations throughout our stay. DAMARA deserves a raise and a promotion ASAP. Honorable mention to Benjamin, Hunter and the lovely gentlemen (can’t recall his name) who handled our luggage, everyone was GREAT. This is the only place we will stay on our trips to D.C.

None of the first key cards we got worked after the first time we used them(they only worked once) so we had to get new ones. We ended up waiting ten minutes in the hallway because we couldn’t get into our room. The bathroom doors need to be replaced with normal, lockable doors. The sliding one did not work smoothly, and the gap between the door and the wall was at least 2 or 3 inches, so from one of the beds you could easily see into the shower, which had completely clear glass, not to mention you could hear every single sound someone made in there. In short, the key cards need to work better and there needs to be a lot more privacy in the bathroom.

A equipe foi ótima, o hotel era limpo e a localização é boa geograficamente. No entanto, eu nunca voltaria porque andar fora é uma tarefa para um abrigo para sem-teto virando a esquina. Quase fui fisicamente duas vezes com moradores de rua malucos, aos passos do hotel. Deve custar $ 99- $ 150 por noite.

Abiy & Hunter no lobby fez nossa viagem para casa em DC wayyy mais agradável depois de um longo tempo longe. Sempre feliz em ficar em um estabelecimento Kimpton devido ao fantástico serviço de atendimento ao cliente da equipe. Além do fantástico serviço ao cliente, os quartos eram limpos e bem decorados.

Abiy & Hunter in the lobby made our trip home to DC wayyy more enjoyable after a long time away. Always happy to stay at a Kimpton property due to the fantastic customer service from the staff.On top of the fantastic customer service, the rooms were clean, and well appointed.

Staff was great, hotel was clean, and location is good geographically speaking. However I would never go back because walking outside is a task do to homeless shelter around corner. Nearly got physical twice with crazy homeless people, at the footsteps of hotel. Should be $99-$150 a night.

Ficamos aqui apenas por uma noite, mas foi uma curta estadia maravilhosa! O quarto em que fiquei tinha uma enorme TV, ampla iluminação, um banheiro limpo, garrafas de água de cortesia e muito espaço. Eu infelizmente não consegui verificar mais das comodidades, mas espero que no futuro. Fiquei de sábado a domingo de manhã, então o restaurante associado não estava aberto - mas eles tinham esses pacotes de café da manhã maravilhosos para viagem cheios de deliciosos doces, frutas, iogurte e suco (não de graça, mas vale o preço). Claro, há café e chá gratuitos nos quartos. Uma estadia super confortável e em uma localização muito conveniente. Eu definitivamente voltarei na próxima vez que estiver na cidade!

Only stayed here for a night but it was a wonderful short stay! The room I stayed in had a huge TV, ample lighting, a clean bathroom, complimentary water bottles, and tons of space. I unfortunately didn't get to check out more of the amenities but hopefully will in the future. I stayed a Saturday into Sunday morning so the associated restaurant wasn't open - but they had these wonderful to-go breakfast bags filled with delicious pastries, fruit, yogurt, and juice (not free, but worth the price). Of course, there's free coffee and tea in the rooms. A super comfortable stay and in a very convenient location. I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in town!

Very nice place, great staff, great atmosphere.The rooms are very nice, towels are plush, bed is very comfortable.They also provide you with a yoga mat in each room and a robe. It's right around the corner from many restaurants and union Station.

I love Kimpton hotels and this one did not disappoint! The room was stylishly designed and clean. The bathroom was pretty spacious considering that this is DC. It had a shower separate from the tub, which is preferred. As always, they accommodated my furbaby. There was a dog bed and dog bowls for water and food in the room upon my arrival. The staff was kind, helpful, and professional. Great experience overall.

Fiquei alguns dias com dois membros da família. Os quartos são espaçosos, limpos e silenciosos, mesmo para um hotel que aceita animais de estimação. A equipe e carregadores também foram atenciosos e extremamente amigáveis. Como em qualquer cidade grande, os arredores podem ser um pouco questionáveis à noite, mas o acesso com cartão-chave e atendentes 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana, ajudam os hóspedes a se sentirem seguros.

Me alojé unos días con dos miembros de la familia. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas, limpias y tranquilas, incluso para un hotel que admite mascotas. El personal y los botones también fueron atentos y extremadamente amables. Como en cualquier gran ciudad, el área circundante puede ser un poco cuestionable por la noche, pero el acceso con tarjeta y los asistentes las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana, ayudan a los huéspedes a sentirse seguros.

Stayed for a few days with two family members. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet, even for a pet friendly hotel. The staff and bellhops were also attentive and extremely friendly. Like in any big city, the surrounding area can be a bit questionable at night, but the keycard access and 24/7 attendants help guests feel safe.

Let me start with the front desk check in staff were fantastic. Made us feel like we had made the right choice! However, we felt a bit let down with the rest of our stay. Not that it is terrible, just not a 4 star hotel. At this price point , I think we could have had a better experience elsewhere in the city.

O hotel precisa fornecer mais / melhores roupas de cama. Dois lençóis na cama simplesmente não funcionavam. O lobby sempre cheirava a funky e os corredores eram muito sujos, mas o quarto era limpo e espaçoso. Os funcionários da recepção foram muito agradáveis e prestativos. Excelente localização para acesso de transporte mesmo perto da Union Station.

The hotel needs to provide more / better bedding. Two sheets on the bed just didn't cut it. The lobby always smelled funky and the hallways were pretty dirty, but the room was clean and spacious.The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Great location for transportation access right near Union Station.

El hotel está genial y su situación es de las mejores. Nos encantó que está al lado del la Estación de trenes, del Tribunal Supremo, La biblioteca, el Capitolio, the National Mall, todos los museos y en una zona muy tranquila. Las habitaciones muy bonitas decoradas, el baño excelente y la cama muy cómoda. El único fallo que vi fue que el servicio de habitaciones se olvidaba de reponer papel higiénico y el bote de crema corporal. Por lo demás todo muy bien.
