“Este lugar é o paraíso na terra !!! 😍🤩🥰😁 Eu adoro vir a este lugar para fugir e sair da zona! É tão bonito. Qualquer lugar que você olhe é um ótimo site. A arquitetura histórica é incrível. Minha esposa e eu ficamos aqui pelo menos 2-3 vezes por ano. A equipe é muito simpática e acolhedora e trata a todos igualmente. Não podia pedir um lugar melhor.”

“There were so many things that went wrong during our trip here.
We visited back in October 2020.
Here is how our trip begun::
1. Front Desk issued our room key to another party and decided we should room together because we had the same last name.
2. The room was dirty. Sticky glasses and dirty bathroom.
3. At check out, the other guests with same last name... charged their Lunch and dinners to my room.. Front desk didn't seem to care and was very short with me.. even though the charges were credited.
This place does NOT deserve to be part of a Waldorf Astoria family.”
