“Stayed at Mecca Mliieneum hotel former Hilton during early this year . Reception staff as before were expressionless. However in the restaurant you look for Manager mr. Taha who will do everything possible for your dining delight. A very pleasant personality with excellent service.”

“Umm Millennium Makkah é um hotel cinco estrelas. Claro, a questão é como o Ministério do Turismo deu um hotel deste nível cinco estrelas. O telefone, mesmo que eu ligue do meu celular para o hotel, para a vida de quem chama o chuveiro está bloqueado. Quando a gente toma banho a água acumula e transborda de uma forma nojenta. O bom é que o chuveiro é forte, e a água é quente e fria. A falta de lenços, caixas de cuidado e chinelos que normalmente estão disponíveis nas cinco estrelas não estão disponíveis. Desci e pedi toalhas e ferramentas à recepcionista. O estilo dele está seco e claro que ele veio no dia seguinte e os funcionários não chegaram. A moral deles é muito ruim, embora esperávamos contratar sauditas no hotel, mas não havia profissionalismo nenhum. Claro, a segurança do resto. Chamamos o restaurante. Queremos pedir comida.”
