“Only $65 to self park. Seriously $300 a night? The next morning I get my bill and there’s an extra $15 charge. “What’s this?” I ask. Oh that’s for the internet. “I thought that was free for rewards members. “It is”. “Well if you look at my statement you’ll see I’m a rewards member “. “Oh so sorry I’ll credit you back.””

“Far from impressed. Poor value for the price. My room was not ready at 3:30 PM for me to check in. I understood I was a bit early, so they said I would have to wait until 4 PM, and that they would call me when a room was ready. I came back to the hotel at 8:30 PM and no one called me in the meantime. The rooms are dated and badly in need of a refresh. The beds are terrible - extremely firm and very uncomfortable. Parking is also a extremely expensive. They charge $36 a day for self-parking your car, whereas other parking garages right next door charge $16 a day. As for positives, the location is very convenient. The gym and pool area were also decent, and the staff that we dealt with was friendly. A buffet breakfast was available, but again very expensive for what you get. Overall, a poor value for a four star hotel.”
