Ótimo hotel para o preço. A 1ª noite foi difícil, pois ficamos em um quarto que ficava em frente ao elevador e o hotel fica ao lado de um bar de rock com música. No entanto, eles nos mudaram para outro quarto que atendeu a todas as nossas necessidades. A equipe foi muito simpática e o café da manhã foi uma boa surpresa, pois o site não indicava que eles tinham um café da manhã gratuito. A vista para o mar e para a piscina foram excelentes. Os quartos foram atualizados e as camas eram confortáveis. Conheci Jimmy Hart, o famoso empresário de wrestling dos anos 80 e 90, no bar do hotel.

Nós acabou de voltar ontem (07/09/2017) de se hospedar neste hotel. Nós nunca tinha sido a Daytona Beach antes e foi duvidoso sobre ficar aqui devido às imagens online. Os quartos foram reformados, a frente do prédio foi pintado, e eles estavam terminando a volta enquanto estávamos lá. A área é perfeita e o preço é super barato. A única reclamação que tivemos foi que havia apenas um elevador de trabalho. Pelo que eu entendo dos trabalhadores, isso foi uma bagunça e os construtores originais não pensaram no futuro se ele fosse bagunçar. Parece que não será consertado tão cedo, mas fora isso, não temos reclamações. Nós trouxemos dois veículos com a gente e teve que pagar para estacionar um deles em outro lugar porque eles só permitem um local de estacionamento por quarto, o que é muito compreensível. A equipe foi todos muito legal eo café da manhã tinha muito a escolher. Todo mundo estava bem descontraído. Estamos pensando em voltar aqui no próximo ano. As fotos estão desatualizadas e alguém do hotel precisa postar algumas atualizadas.

Impressionado para dizer o mínimo! O nosso quarto é bom todos que trabalha aqui é muito útil e amável como bem. Great vista para o mar e muito relaxante. Uma desvantagem que eu sugiro ter fechaduras para crianças instalado nas portas da varanda para a família com crianças muito facilmente acessível. Voltar e recomendaria! Nós se hospedaram no quarto 409 quarto andar e é perfeito.

Minhas expectativas foram elevadas por causa do preço que pagamos. A equipe da recepção foi excelente e café-da-manhã senhora foi incrível! Nosso primeiro quarto havia sangue na cortina do chuveiro e na parede. Nos foi oferecido um quarto diferente. O segundo quarto havia pêlos em ambas as camas e mesa de jantar foi extremamente vacilante. Quando falei com a equipe da recepção eles foram embaraçado e disseram que iria cuidar disso. Enquanto esperávamos, notamos cabelos no chuveiro, areia no chão, marcas sujas no chão da cozinha e manchas de cigarro no parapeito da janela na sacada. Alguém apareceu com lençóis e refeito as 2 camas. Nada mais foi dito. Eu decidi não reclamar mais para a equipe da frente, pois não resultaria em nada muito melhor. O lobby e as áreas da piscina foram extremamente bem mantido. Localização foi ótimo.

Apesar de tudo, adoro este lugar. Sempre foi um bom lugar para ficar. Eu estou dando meu comentário uma estrela simplesmente porque o não serve o café da manhã para todos agora. Eles servem apenas para grupos especiais. Dito isto, nós realmente pagamos um pouco mais para o quarto do que normalmente fazemos (e é fora de época). Se eles vão levar o café da manhã continental, pelo menos, abaixe as taxas. Pagamos mais e perdemos um alojamento. Na próxima vez, vamos ficar no Hilton ou hard rock hotel, eles realmente não são muito mais caro, além de obter muito mais. Vou acrescentar que o segundo elevador está agora consertado, o que é bom porque no ano passado foi o inferno carregando tudo para cima e para baixo. Inn Maia, você é um saco para tirar os nossos waffles. Nós amamos esses waffles. Nós gastamos um extra de $ 150 dólares apenas comendo no café da manhã. Eu não estou feliz. AT tudo !!!

Nós ligamos com antecedência ea equipe foi muito útil. Pediu quartos adjacentes para a família. Também perguntei se o café da manhã estava incluído. Com 4 crianças e 3 adultos que era um detalhe importante e caro. Fiquei feliz em saber que haveria um buffet. No entanto, quando nos levantamos cedo para ir comer, fui informado de que, a partir de ontem, eles não mais ofereciam café da manhã. Tente explicar isso para quatro crianças famintas que acabaram de ser arrastadas para fora da cama para comer. Nós amamos tudo sobre este hotel. A equipe foi ótima. Quartos agradáveis. Camas confortáveis. À direita na praia. Bar próximo e com preços razoáveis. Perto de muitas coisas para fazer.

O quarto e o prédio estavam limpos, a cama era confortável e os funcionários eram bons. Tivemos um quarto de frente para o mar no oitavo andar com uma bela vista. A localização é excelente e gostaríamos de voltar lá novamente, provavelmente pedir um andar inferior. 😁 Agora, para os contras. As cadeiras na varanda eram muito pequenas para relaxar. Os elevadores eram muito lentos ou não funcionavam. Tivemos que usar as escadas três vezes, oito andares é uma longa caminhada.

Provavelmente uma das piores visitas de hotel que já experimentei. Anunciado como um hotel familiar, é tudo menos. Além do inepto equipe da recepção que não deu consideração para as preocupações, especificamente o cavalheiro que se recusou a fornecer o nome de seu chefe, ou gerente geral do hotel, para resolver estas preocupações, porque "ele é capaz de lidar com isso" .. Eles não lidaram com nada.O Corpo de Bombeiros foi chamado duas vezes durante a nossa curta estadia para tirar as pessoas do elevador porque estava preso.Incrivelmente música alta do bar ao lado até às 2:00. Toda noite.Apenas uma tomada elétrica no quarto funcionou, e já estava cheio de fichas para microondas, o frigorífico, etc (reclamou, sem sucesso).Vidro quebrado e baratas no estacionamento (depois que minha filha pisou e cortou o pé. Reclamaram. O mesmo copo ainda estava lá 24 horas depois).Um cheiro constante de ervas daninhas das varandas circundantes (mais uma vez, reclamou, nada feito para rectificar).Beber e bêbado na piscina a cada noite. Gritando, jurando ... Acho que você entendeu.Sim, é perto e convienent ao centro. No entanto, é assim o Hilton. Por mais US $ 40-50 por noite, tenho certeza de que a paz, a segurança e a satisfação geral valem a pena.Para o proprietário que estou esperando a mesma resposta automática de. Estou ciente de que você comprou a propriedade em maio. Nossas reservas foram feitas em abril. Estou ciente de que você planejou renovações. Eu não me importo. Probably one of the worst hotel visits I've ever experienced. Advertised as a family friendly hotel, it is anything but. Aside from the inept front desk staff who gave no consideration for concerns, specifically the gentleman who refused to provide the name of his boss, or General Manager of the hotel, to address these concerns, because "he is capable of handling it"...they handled nothing.Fire Department was called twice during our short stay to get people out of the elevator because itnwas stuck.Incredibly loud music from the bar next door until 2 AM. Every night.Only one electrical outlet in the room worked, and it was already full of plugs for microwave, the fridge, etc( complained, to no avail).Broken glass and cockroaches in the parking lot ( after my daughter stepped on it and cut her foot. Complained. Same glass was still there 24 hours later).A constant weed smell from the surrounding balconies (again, complained, nothing done to rectify it).Drinking and drunks in the pool EVERY NIGHT. Screaming, swearing...I think you get the point.Yes, it's close and convienent to downtown. However so is the Hilton. For another $40-50 a night, I'm sure the peace, safety, and overall satisfaction is well worth it.To the owner that I'm expecting the same canned response from. I'm aware you purchased the property in May. Our reservations were made in April. I'm aware you have planned renovations. I don't care. It was a terrible experience that no one made any effort to rectify...with front desk staff offering nothing...not even an apology. With staff like that, and the current problems that you have, renovations won't do much.We won't be back,and highly discourage anyone else from visiting.

Terrible, the floors in my room were filthy and had sand on them, the outlet on my side of the bed didn’t work so I couldn’t use my cpap machine or the lamp and the alarm clock was broken. The walls must not be insulated because I could hear the kids in the pool 8 floors down. Very disappointed.

Great winter rate. On beach. Restaurant and bar next store. Great location swimming pool.

Was told room would be ready at 3:00pn had to wait til 630pm after bi drove 10hrs asked could I get a discount of course no!!! Over heard manager laughing about someone losing their deposit!! Was not worth the money!! But security was good

My expectations were elevated because of the price we paid. Front desk staff were excellent and breakfast lady was amazing! Our 1st room there was blood on the shower curtain and wall. We were offered a different room. The 2nd room there were hairs on both beds and the dining table was extremely wobbly. When i spoke to the front desk staff they were embarrassed and said they would take care of it. While waiting we noticed hair in the shower, sand on the floor, dirty marks on the kitchen floor and cigarette smudges on the window ledge on the balcony. Someone showed up with linens and remade the 2 beds. Nothing more was said. I decided to not complain further to front staff, as it would not result in anything much better. The lobby and pool areas were extremely well kept. Location was great.

All in all I love this place. It's always been a pretty good place to stay. I'm giving my review one star simply because the do not serve the breakfast to everyone now. They only serve to special groups. That being said, we actually paid a little more for the room than we usually do(and it's off season). If they are going to take away the continental breakfast, at least drop the rates. We paid more and lost an accommodation. Next time we will stay at the Hilton or hard rock hotel, they really are not that much more expensive, plus you get a whole lot more. I will add that the second elevator is now fixed, which is a good thing because last year was hell carrying everything up and down stairs. Mayan inn, you suck for taking away our dang waffles. We loved those waffles. We spend an extra $150 dollars just eating out for breakfast. I'm not happy. AT all!!!

We called ahead and staff was very helpful.Asked for adjoining rooms for family.I also asked if breakfast was included.With 4 children and 3 adults that was an important and expensive detail.I was glad to know there would be a buffet.However,when we got up early to go and eat, i was informed that, as of yesterday, they no longer offered breakfast.Try explaining that to four hungry children who just got dragged out of bed to eat.We loved everything else about this hotel.Staff was great.Rooms nice.Beds comfy.Right on the beach.Bar close and reasonably priced.Close to lots of stuff to do.

The room and building was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were nice. We had an ocean front room on the eighth floor with a beautiful view. The location is great and we would go back there again, probably ask for a lower floor. 😁 Now for the cons.The chairs on the balcony were to small to relax in. The elevators were very slow or not working at all. We had to use the stairs three times, eight floors is a long walk.

Impressed to say the least! Our room is nice everyone that works here is very helpful and accomodating as Well. Great ocean view and very relaxing. One downside I'd suggest having child locks installed on balcony doors for family's with children very easily accessible. Will be back and would recommend! We stayed in room 409 fourth floor and it's perfect.

Necesitan mejorar mucho la apariencia del hotel, no esta muy cuidado las gradas huelen feo y la salida a la playa también! Los que trabajan acá son amables los cuartos no son tan malos pero no se puede dormir muy bien.

Great hotel for the price. 1st night was rough as we stayed in a room that was right across from the elevator and the hotel is next to a rocking bar with music. However they moved us to another room that met all our needs. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was a nice surprise as the website didn't indicate they had a free breakfast. The ocean view and pool were great. The rooms were updated and beds were comfortable. Got to meet Jimmy Hart the famous wrestling manager from the 80's and 90's at the hotel bar.

We just got back yesterday (07/09/2017) from staying in this hotel. We had never been to Daytona Beach before and was iffy about staying here due to the pictures online. The rooms have been remodeled, the front of the building has been painted, and they were finishing the back while we were there. The area is perfect and the price is super cheap. The only complaint we had was that there was only one working elevator. From what I understand from the workers, it has messed up and the original builders did not think about the future if it was to mess up. It doesn't seem like it will be fixed anytime soon, but other than, we have no complaints. We brought two vehicles with us and had to pay to park one of them somewhere else because they only allow one parking spot per room, which is very understandable. The staff was all really nice and the breakfast had a lot to choose from. Everyone was pretty laid back. We are thinking of returning here next year. The pictures are outdated and someone from the hotel needs to post some updated ones.
