“Taksim, the manager on duty when we checked in, was absolutely wonderful. Over labor day weekend, the online booking we made was not showing up in the system and he was able to take care of us and honor the reservation. Super friendly and helpful. 4/5 simply because there was no hot tub as advertised...”
