O melhor hotel de A Coruña. Excelente pequeno almoço e restaurante. Excelente localização... piscinas exteriores aquecidas... enfim... fantástico mesmo.

A relação qualidade preço não é boa. As instalações já estão a precisar de renovação e os espaços comuns sao exíguos. Fiquei com a ideia que o estacionamento (pago) foi realizado ao ar livre. Já tive melhores experiências nesta cadeia hoteleira. Não repetirei esta.

Excelente hotel com requinte, muito perto do centro histórico da cidade. Bons serviços adicionais e pequeno almoço de grande qualidade. Decoração classica que nos remete para a época dos grandes paquetes. O estacionamento sugerido pelo hotel é pago, mesmo que não lhe informem. Piscinas grandes e de água salgada e uma para crianças. Existem duas de água aquecida de profundidades diferentes. Não têm piscinas interiores. Parque infantil generoso e diversos ginásios. Acesso directo ao grande passadiço que contorna a cidade pelas piscinas.

Hotel já tem a sua idade, alcatifas, e uma decoração pesada. As piscinas são enormes mas são abertas ao publico fica sobrelotado e não há paz para quem quer descansar. A vista do quarto é para um estaleiro de construção... Esperava bem mais por um hotel 5*. Pequeno almoço é top!

The gym is very professional. The breakfast is tasty. Food quantity and quality are both good. The only thing I am not satisfied is the room. We were assign to 3rd floor and the hotel has total 9 floors. We booked an ocean view room but felt cheated.

Espectacular hotel 5 estrellas y excelente servicio donde además de celebrar una reunión de empresa hemos podido vivir la gastronomía de A Coruña. Muy buen buen coffee y desayuno con estupendas vistas. Espero volver pronto

ATENCION con el acceso al hotel. Si sigues las indicaciones del GPS llegas a través de una zona donde no se puede circular y te multan con 100€. Pese a las insistentes llamadas al teléfono que aparece en Google (central de reservas NH) para que me pasaran con el hotel y me indicasen cómo acceder las únicas indicaciones que me dieron desde la central de reservas es que pusiera la dirección en el GPS. Sobre el resto de la experiencia no tengo queja pero esta desastrosa gestión por parte de NH y su central de reservas hace que lo que podría haber sido un excelente viaje quede en el mal recuerdo de una multa.

No es la primera vez que me alojó o vengo al Finisterre. Me sigue pareciendo un estupendo hotel con un equipo de gente muy profesional. Pero creo que algunas cosas son mejorables: - la luz en las habitaciones es muy tenue y en el baño apenas se ve. - creo que hay cosas que se han quedado anticuadas y que es hora de cambiar, por ejemplo hacer desaparecer el baño y en su lugar colocar un gran plato de ducha más accesible y seguro. El tener que estar salvando la altura del baño es un problema. Máxime cuando te encuentras como gram obstáculo también para llegar a la ducha un gran Biden (aparato del siglo XIX que nadie utiliza ya) - que a las 23.00 se acabe el servicio de habitaciones me parece lamentable. - El escasisismo servicio de mini bar. Había una solo botellita de agua mineral que no se repuso y donde apenas había nada más de beber - colocar un espejo largo en alguna pared de la habitación para uso de los huéspedes. - y creo que podrían mejorar también, y notablemente, el surtido, calidad y cantidad del bufet del desayuno. Hoy probaré a pedir que me hagan unos huevos revueltos en el momento, por que los que hay son muy poco apetecibles y además fríos. Como positivo, ya dije la atención de los empleados. It is not the first time that I stayed or come to Finisterre.It still seems like a great hotel with a team of very professional people.But I think some things can be improved: - the light in the rooms is very dim and in the bathroom you can hardly see it. - I think there are things that have become outdated and that it is time to change, for example to make the bathroom disappear and in its place to place a large shower tray that is more accessible and safer.Having to save the height of the bathroom is a problem.Especially when you find yourself a major obstacle to getting a great Biden to the shower (a 19th century device that no one uses anymore) - That at 11:00 p.m. room service ends seems unfortunate. - The scarcity of mini bar service.There was only one small bottle of mineral water that was not replaced and where there was hardly anything else to drink - Place a long mirror on a wall in the room for guests to use. - and I think they could also improve, and notably, the assortment, quality and quantity of the breakfast buffet.Today I will try to ask them to make me some scrambled eggs at the moment, because the ones that are there are very unappetizing and also cold. As a positive, I already said the attention of the employees.

Estuvimos celebrando una boda en el patio y muy muy bien, la verdad. Es servicio es super atento y ponen todo de su parte para que la experiencia sea agradable y placentera. Cualquier petición era escuchada y llevada a cabo por el personal. La comida excelente.

Estuvimos 4 noches. Las instalaciones y habitaciones excelentes, el trato exquisito, el personal atento y dispuesto. La ubicación inmejorable, a unos pasos del centro y del puerto. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Desde luego fue todo un acierto este hotel.

Valoro con 1 estrella porqué no puedo poner menos. Hotel qué merecía la pena por sus instalaciones deportivas, y nos encontramos con la piscina olimpica vacia, las saunas cerradas, jacuzzis cerrados y al preguntar nos dicen otras personas que llevan clausuradas varios meses por cuestiones de ahorro, no de avería como nos habian dicho los empleados. Lamentable.

Great stay: comfortable beds, quiet, solid breakfast and access to 2 X 25m heated outdoor pools, large gym and in summer an additional 50m outdoor pool. Great atmosphere between old fortress and large harbor.

We have stayed various times during the summer and it was great but this time we came during the winter and our stay was HORRIBLE, I do not recommend this hotel at all during cold months. They have the heat turned on in the entire hotel including the rooms and there is no way to turn in off or down in the rooms. We complained various times and they came up to the room and assured that the heat was off. We slept with the windows completely open and still were hot, not only hot but so much light in the room. It’s like they want to suffocate their guests with the heat, it is seriously impossible to sleep let alone be in the room. Please save yourself a bad vacation and bad time and do not stay here.

This is a nice hotel….but….1. The hotel information says you can get food in the bar after 4 but the waiter said you cannot. You can only get drinks if you call the bartender (bar was not manned when we were there). You can go out to the pool and there is some food there so that is OK but not as easily accessible and no English spoken or written anywhere. 2. there are only a couple of plugs and no USB ports in the room. 3. No English speaking channels amongst the 30 stations. Also none of them are German or French TV stations either. We tried to get subtitles but they wouldn’t show up on the screen. Now, none of this is bad mind you, but from something rated as a five star hotel I would expect a bit more in the way of amenities (however they DO have a very large gym with a nice view and a large outdoor swimming pool—I assume it is heated as there were two people doing laps on a December afternoon, but maybe not as I did not stick my toe in the water). I would stay here again I think so nothing bad but just not what I would think of as a five star hotel.

The reason for the 2 stars is that there was a small fire that caused smoke to fill the hotel. I understand that it’s not the fault of the hotel staff but they also didn’t so much to accommodate the guests. Smoke filled my room and it smelt so bad and was harder to breathe. I opened the windows but it was still bad, so I went for a long walk. When I came back it still smelt of smoke. In the morning I just asked if they could waive breakfast given the inconvenience and they just laughed and said no. Not the service I’d expect from a 5 star hotel.

Hotel smart and comfortable. Good system in place to manage Covid. However parking arrangements not worth 20 Euro per day. Walk from hotel, not secure. barrier a problem in right hand drive car, not enough time allowed to get back in car and drive through.

Very friendly service here. The manager helped us navigate around town, and directed us to the best tapas bars and sights. Most were within walking distance. The room was was very comfortable and quiet. Loved our stay here!

Arguably the best hotel in town, privileged location and plenty of swimming pools to enjoy with kids (although, they only open in summer). Rooms a fairly well equiped, stylish but a little old fashion. During my last staying, due to hidden costs I was charged 30% extra (parking opposite the main entrance), not really looking for to comeback.
