Ótima localização. Quarto super espaçoso e limpo. Pena que só ficamos uma noite na cidade. Adorei o hotel. Café da manhã variado e bem servido. Adorei a vista do quarto, parecia estar no passado! Foi mágico estar em Dresden.

Quartos acolhedores, em parte muito grandes, com uma excelente vista do Altmarkt ou da Kreuzkirche. Um rico menu de pequeno-almoço e os funcionários são sempre simpáticos e prestáveis. Uma sala de fitness com alguns equipamentos e uma pequena sauna também está na casa.

Para mim foi a estadia mais legal em Dresden. Um hotel de classe. As "reclamações" foram imediatamente aceitas e foram alteradas imediatamente. Obrigado pelo bom quarto. Bela vista da Kreuzkirche. Tudo muito bem insonorizado. O café da manhã foi incrível. As camas eram um sonho. Eu adoraria ter roupas de cama assim também. Infelizmente você não pode comprá-los em qualquer lugar. Perguntei. Muitos hotéis podem aprender uma lição com este hotel nesta categoria de preço. Definitivamente vou voltar.

Eu estava lá para um seminário. Comida era ótima, o suficiente e era saborosa, a seleção no buffet de café da manhã também era suficiente. A equipe é atenciosa, mas não intrusiva. Apesar do Corona, tudo parecia "normal", exceto a máscara. Estação de teste também diretamente no hotel. Excelente localização, estacionamento subterrâneo disponível. Estrela adicional: 3 travesseiros por cama e ótimos colchões, dormi muito bem lá.

Everything a hotel should be, for this price. perfect location, in the middle of old and new town. Parking available below the hotel. Good service. Rooms are a bit small, but not a minus if you only come there to sleep.

It's almost in the middle of Dresden old city. It's looking very good. Kind and nice employees in the reception -they are more than helpful:) rooms are big, with large bed and big TV screens. Highly recommend to stay in NH hotels anywhere you are

I can't stress enough how precious sleep is for parents with an infant. We just had two requirements while searching for a place : sound proofing/ ambience for sleep and accessibility/central location. This hotel perfectly met both requirements. Super comfortable beds , cosy room, quiet enough for our baby to have a sound sleep . Location can't get better - walking distance to most attractions and tons of wonderful eat-outs nearby.One improvement if I had to pick : the check-in , checkout queues were long : little bit of attention there would make this place an absolute winner.

Update: the checkout process was much warmer with smiley nice staff. Added another star because they deserve it.We came at night, we received a room on the 5th floor in front of a beautiful church! So... Tip 1: ask for a room in front of the church (We really recommend to visit the church's tower!The view is amazing.... Far more than the design of the room itself. The design is old and sleepy... No extras... Simple.Tip 2: ask for a king size bed, somehow we got two beds connected.... Which was not that comfortable.If you come to sleep - well, the heavy sound of the church bells will not let you do that. They ring all morning, from 8:30... I think.. and continues on and of until 9:30, especially on Sunday.On Sunday there were sooo many noises from upstairs floor.... So again, if you came here to sleep... It's not what you're looking for.The receptionist was so cold to us.... It was super disappointing...on the hotel website, they mention that you can checkout until 5pm(!) - we were really happy with that since we were supposed to love on 4pm on the last day. But! We we asked the receptionist, he told us it's only when it's possible and... It wasn't possible.So tip 3: if late checkout is important to you, call them when you about to book a room to make sure it's possible.Overall, the hotel located in a wonderful area, in front of a beautiful church, not the nicest room, not the nicest receptionist - but it was great.

Lo de esta gente no tiene nombre. Estuve con mi familia el sábado 22 de agosto para hacer el check in después de haber reservado días antes. Dada la situación y como todo el mundo sabe hay que rellenar unos formularios para localización en caso de contagio o problemas derivados del covid19. El primer campo a rellenar era referente a si el cliente viene de una zona considerada de riesgo; yo vivo en Alemania pero mi familia provenía de Madrid, así que, según la normativa alemana y desde hacía unos días, se realizaba un test en el aeropuerto alemán de llegada para confirmar positivo o negativo en covid19. En menos de 24 horas ya sabían el resultado (negativo). Bueno, pues la señorita de la recepción nos dijo que no podíamos entrar en el hotel porque mi familia no tenía un test realizado 48 horas antes de la entrada en el mismo. En la web de este "sitio" no hay nada al respecto de la obligatoriedad de hacer la citada prueba antes de acceder, la normativa alemana (al menos hasta el día de la fecha de entrada en el hotel) solamente hablaba de test en aeropuerto; pues la señorita, con todo su aplomo y poca vergüenza, dice que efectivamente, no hay nada en la web del hotel. A la pregunta de poner una reclamación, me dice que no, que no se puede; y a la última pregunta de hablar con alguno de sus superiores, me dice que no, que es fin de semana y no están. Cómo lo estoy escribiendo, tal cual; a todo ésto uno de sus compañeros se acercó a ella para escuchar, pero con actitud absolutamente inanimada. Jamás en mi vida me he encontrado semejante falta de profesionalidad, saber hacer, hostilidad pasiva (sí, literal) como en este sitio ( no quiero ni llamarlo hotel). No obstante y en mi experiencia, el servicio de atención al cliente en Alemania, en algunos casos, deja muchísimo que desear; algún curso de relaciones personales no les vendría mal a este tipo de personas. Vergonzoso y humillante; ni aunque se disculpen vuelvo a este sitio. Por supuesto ya está en manos de NH hoteles y estamos esperando respuesta. Nadie se merece semejante trato.Un saludoJesús

Very well located hotel, a few minutes walk to the must see places in Dresden. Relatively spacious rooms, well decorated and nicely furnished. The staff are super friendly and everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend staying here!

El hotel está estupendo, en el mismo centro de Dresden. Las habitaciones grandes y muy bien decoradas. Con todo tipo de detalles. Un 10. Por supuesto lo recomiendo y si vuelvo me alejaré allí.

Las habitaciones estan excelentes con todas las comodidades.El Wifi es rapido.Abajo hay un Starbucks y otro restaurante en caso de que no quieran pagar por el desayuno del hotel.La ubicación es EXCELENTE.A 2 minutos hay un centro comercial completo con food court y el tranvía está a 100 metros del hotel en la parada Altmarkt.Dresden Hbn está a 15 minutos caminando a paso normal.Recomiendo este hotel.No vi nada negativo.

Spotless room equipoed with adorable bathroom with tub. Windows are big enough for the natural lighting. Bed and pillows are perfectly matched, neither too soft nor too hard. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful, I immediately fell in love with this hotel thanks to their way to approach the hotel clients. I can see that NH hotels has its trustworthy standards.

We stayed in a three person luxery room with one child, the rooms were so comfortable! Great beds, great shower. The mini bar was filled with goodies that were not even so expensive. The breakfast was extremely good! Everything with eye for detail. Very comfortable stay
