“The room design is beautiful but the front desk acted like they were doing me a huge favor by giving me a room on a high floor, with construction workers working so close next to the room that I could reach out and give them a high five. Absolutely no privacy during my stay. They can't control the construction but it would have been nice if the staff had at least mentioned this. In addition, their coffee maker did not work and I was charged $15 for a tiny espresso to be brought to my room. I asked multiple times for a new coffee maker and they only brought one for the last night, without restocking any of the coffee that was used on the broken machine, and failed to mention the free coffee in the breakfast area. Two small complaints, but soured the stay for sure.”

“Amazing place with nice theme kind hotel and extravagant rooms. Breakfast was amazing with plenty options. Had to book this last moment at higher price (EUR 240/night) but worth it.
Bit far from Milan central metro station. You need to spend another EUR 50-70 to reach there.”
