“Overpriced. Nice grounds/garden. Pool area is good. Rooms are ok. Food quality is roll of the dice. People I know have gotten very sick from here. This time our large group had no problems, but the year before maybe 60-80 percent of everyone in our large group got very sick. If you are a fitness junkie you will enjoy strolling up the huge driveway and or to your room. Otherwise enjoy the wait for a courtesy car.”

“I recently stayed at the Novotel Resort, Phuket and thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay! Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff who maintained it were beautiful. The food in the breakfast buffet was amazing and it had so much variety. All of the stuff spoke a number of languages which made it easy for everyone to communicate and every staff member went above and beyond for every guest and always had a smile on their faces! Overall, my stay was amazing and I will definitely be returning to The Novotel!”
