Enorme e belo complexo hoteleiro. Ideal para famílias com crianças devido às inúmeras diversões para adultos e crianças. Barulhento e lotado no verão. Isso não nos incomodou, pois passamos a maior parte do tempo nas praias, explorando a ilha, dirigíamos um carro alugado. Se alguém gosta, feliz, de paz, é improvável que a encontre lá na temporada. E se ele gosta de música à beira das piscinas, entretenimento, atrações, ele certamente encontrará essas atrações lá. Cozinha variada e saborosa.

De los mejores hoteles en los que tuve el placer de alojarme hace 4 años. El todo incluido aquí fue todo un acierto ya que la comida estaba realmente buena y variada. Incluye un spa muy bonito (que hay que reservar) y una zona de piscinas aunque el agua estaba congelada. Lo mejor fue la habitacion: era enorme, contaba con un recibidor y un gran salón, cama grande de matrimonio, terraza con tumbonas, baño con una gran bañera. Hotel increíble. Nos trataron muy bien. Repetiremos. Muy cerca de la playa se llega bajando una pequeña cuesta en 5 minutos y también tiene servicio gratuito de autobuses a la playa.

Hotel muy bonito y a 10 minutos de la playa de Jandia. Las instalaciones son muy completas y tiene de todos para pasar unas vacaciones llenas de diversión y relajación El personal es muy agradable y atento. La habitaciónes amplias y luminosas. La comida del hotel es buena y variada.

On arrival I had to wait over an hour to check into my room as it was not ready yet (after 14:00) and they were unable to get hold of the cleaners however, they did give me a spa voucher to use as a goodwill gesture.Room: nice but a bit old fashioned and could have been cleaned a bit betterFood: was nice but didn’t have a large variety to choose fromStaff: nice and friendly :)

Amazing. There was not a very wide range of food. And the entertainment was not very good as there was not much of it in the day but the evening entertainment was good. But everything else was great. 👍

Estuve alojado con mí mujer y la niña, desde él 9 al 15 de octubre. Desde qué llegamos en frente del hotel nos dimos cuenta que no tiene nada que ver con algunas malas reseñas. En recepción había gente muy amable y en menos de 10 minutos ya teníamos la llave y nos dirigimos hacia nuestra habitación. Estuvimos alojados en el bloque 4. Al entrar en la habitación nos impresióno qué sin haber pedido teníamos una cama extra para la niña. Había artículos de aseo, botellas de agua de bienvenida, incluso una botella de sangría . La habitación tiene una terraza grande, y un baño con bañera. Los alrededores dentro del hotel estaban muy bien, todo limpio y ordenado. Hay una zona para niños , una zona para picar entre las horas de comer, donde podrías hacerte una hamburguesa, o un perito caliente, patatas fritas, pastas, verduras, refrescos, cerveza café y muchas más cosas. Las piscinas grandes y con muchas hamacas. Y si se te hacia sed tenías un quiosco dónde te servían unos cócteles o lo que te apetecía beber. Los desayunos siempre muy ricos con una gran variedad de productos. En mediodía sólo comimos una vez, porque preferirnos la playa en vez de piscina, pero la variedad también estaba presente. La cena simplemente rica, cada día encontrabas algo nuevo . También había gran variedad de carnés frutas, verduras y siempre había 2- 3 personas cocinando algo ahy directamente. Después de la cena tocaba el relax en la terraza y disfrutar de la animación,que era diferente cada día. Las camas de la habitación, muy bien, hemos descansando de maravilla. Si algun dia decidimos volver a la isla,seguro que volveremos al mismo hotel.

Un lugar genial para los niños. Animación durante todo el día,tanto para los adultos como para los niños. El personal del hotel muy amable y atento. El único inconveniente, las moscas que hay en todo el hotel y en el restaurante que es muy molesto a la hora de comer.

Nice relaxing week fabulous weather lovely pools variaty of food choices hard working staffespecially the entertainment team.The Hill down to the beach is slightly off putting but the free bus was realy useful .some minor issues during our stay but these were delt with promptly by customer service team.

This is my first experience of an all inclusive. I have read some of the other reviews and can't see some legitimacy behind some of the comments. Considering I haven't done an all inclusive before I can't compare to other all inclusive experiences. There was a good choice of food when we went to eat. The layout of the hotel was good with everything pretty much accessible. Stayed on ground floor of block 6 so it meant no steps to navigate which was good. To be honest you don’t need to leave the hotel as everything you need is on the hotel premises. If you want a beach visit then sure go to the one down the road but to be honest staying round the pool down the bottom was just quality with the constant good weather. The only downside was the air conditioning in the room - we did speak to reception 3 times about this only to be told that the air conditioning isn’t put on till March which was disappointing as it was so hot at night in our room.

Fabulous food and a great place. However. Disappointed with the restaurant facilities. People carrying hot cups of tea and coffee without saucers, there is obviously a lack of saucers and teaspoons at this hotel. Tables are also not cleared ready for people coming in, basic things but small details that spoil the experience. The cocktail bar charges for drinks that are included on all inclusive at the other bars at the hotel. This is our third time at the hotel and we have enjoyed it every time.

It was an amazing experience. I came here with Jet 2 holiday all inclusive package. Food and drinks inclusive from breakfast all the way to from 7am to 12am. Also alcohol which is local but good enough. All kind of standard cocktail to choose from. The hotel is huge has a huge reception, 2 restaurants, 1 snack bar, 1 bar, 2 pools and loads of games similar to an arcade. My hotel has a sea front view and the sun hits my room every morning from around 7am. There are couples points that I wnat to point out. This is a resort if you look for a place to relax and not do much either with friend or family. As shops, restaurants, and seafront are a bit far away from the hotel. Although, there is local free buses pick up and drop off at selected time. There are bars and restaurants accessible by taxi with less than 5 euro. There are also nightly entertainment and loads of seats for you to enjoy with free alcohol.

First time to this hotel, but it won't be the last. The hotel and facilities are well worthy of the four star rating. Staff are great and helpful, really wanting to look after you. The food is great, I read mixed reviews before we went, it's good quality and a great variety. Weupgraded to the occidental plus room and package and it was worth every penny. A great place for the family or couples want to switch off. Not to far from the beach, which is the best beach I've been to in a long time. The hotel is up a hill, but there is a free bus which calls to the hotels 3 times a day to pick people up at take you up the showing and beach area, it also will return you to the hotel from the drop off points.

A great resort with two lovely swimming pools, spa and gym. They have a buffet style dinner hall that mostly caters for all inclusive and a restaurant that in not inclusive. The gym is also inclusive and has some decent equipment to get a work out in. The spa offers an indoor pool and jacuzzi which is 10 euros per adult and kids can go in before 10:30. Staff are great and very helpful. The entertainment team are also very good and shows are great too. Kids loved it. The beach is at the bottom of a hill which is pretty steep so change your flip flops before decent.

Me gustó mucho el hotel,sobretodo la zona de las piscinas.Las habitaciones están muy bien,son grandes.Estuve en la primera planta con vistas a la piscina y con balcón.La comida está bien,aunque un poco repetitiva.La única pega del hotel es que está muy alejado del pueblo y para ir a la playa hay una gran cuesta,aunque para la playa el hotel pone un autobús q te deja al lado
