“We stayed here over New Years and had a wonderful time. I accidentally left a special tumbler my friend made for me, and the hotel stuff actually found it! I called today and spoke with Sheila in housekeeping and am so thankful to know that it was found. A wonderful experience, and wonderful customer service!”

“Just stayed here for our anniversary weekend, checking in Friday(1/21)and out today(1/23).. Upgraded to one of the executive suites, and while the staff was so kind, and the room was nice.. I was so disappointed to have been woken up at 1am by the people staying next to us.For a room to that caliber, why the walls are so thin that I could hear them tune the TV on and also hear their muffled talking and snoring.I was looking forward to great sleep but that didn't happen this time around so that is why the low rating..”
