Rooms are large and spacious. All spaces are clean and breakfast was fresh and decent as well. Where this hotel really shines is the staff. They are incredibly kind, with special shout out to Brian and Annie. They go above and beyond to be nice and treat others with respect. I witnessed them helping a guest and they were genuine with their concern for her and made sure she knew they were there for her and where to find them if she needed anything else. They also greet everyone with a smile and genuine compassion. Kudos to them and the hotel!

Clean, nice staff! Carl the breakfast attendant/slash customer service was amazing! He kept the tables clean, made sure the food was full and was so nice to us and the kids. I would stay here again for sure. So happy! Thanks Carl for going above and beyond. You're one of a kind!

We were trapped here by the big Buffalo Storm and they were wonderful. We lost power for a few hours then got it back. The staff were trapped with us as the roads were closed and they did their best. They were running low on food when we left after 3 nights (there were people who had been trapped from the Thursday night). So overall, this was our worst vacation ever but we were lucky enough to spend it here with lovely helpful staff in warm, well supplied facilities with polite, friendly guests (many of whom were also from Canada), Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back here in the future.

Large, reasonably priced suite and was clean with the exception of some hairs in the shower, plastic bag wrapped on the fire alarm (assume previous people were smokers and covering it) - but should be checked as I would have liked a working alarm, and garbage already in the bin. The beds are great, super comfortable. The noise through the floors can be super annoying depending on who is above you, we had three rooms and all couple complained of walking noise in each of the rooms. Lots of facilites and a great breakfast - lots of great selections! Super friendly staff and quick check-in. Close to all malls/restaurants/airport/etc. Would definitely recommend and stay there again on our next visit.

Our family traveled over 700 miles to Buffalo with no knowledge of the area. Our primary attraction was to be Niagara Falls but we had a full week to explore. This location provided easy access to all of our day trips and outings. It is VERY near the airport but isn't as loud OR congested as you might expect. The room was clean and comfortable (which is saying something for a family of five for a week!). Breakfast was amazing, thanks to Carl, each and every day. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We were initially disappointed that none of the rooms were double queen suites, so we ended up paying a little extra for a rollaway bed. I also missed the fact that there were no microwaves in the rooms (one in lobby is available for guest use). The Hilton practice of larger shampoo/conditioner/soap products affixed to the wall was efficient, but ours were nearly empty and remained so since we didn't request housekeeping service during our stay--an easy fix, I assume, if we had asked. We would definitely stay at this hotel upon a return trip to the area!
