“If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. I called the night before our arrival and the receptionist was beyond rude. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. When we checked in the man at the counter was yelling at me because the credit card that I was using had a dog on it. He continuously accused me of trying to bring in an animal. We did not have one with us. We were tired and just wanted somewhere to lay our heads as this was the 1/2 way point to our destination. There were drug deals happening, my kids got their first glimpse of strippers, and it was dirty. Needless to say we did not stay. We drive 20 hours straight to our destination and slept for an hour in a rest area over this hotel. I wouldn’t even recommend it to my worst enemy. Absolutely disgusting and horrible service. I would avoid this hotel at ALL costs.”

“Hate to say it but this place is kinda racist. I'm a black service member traveling from Maryland to Mississippi for work. I was refused service after I was accused of trying to use a restroom clearly labeled out of order. When trying to explain I was sitting down to find my reservation and not planning on going to the bathroom. The hotel clerk refused to serve me. On my way out just to add more insult to injury the clerk stated she wouldn't process my refund for the room I prepaid. Don't waste your time supporting this hotel with your hard earned money. The pictures online look nothing like the actual hotel and the clerk will get hostile for no reason.”

The Indian lady looks like at reception should behave properly. My son booked a room through Priceline and for some reason she refuse to let him check in. Not only that, she even didn't allow him to just use their restroom. I wish I could give Minus review here. Zero is even too good. One star is supergood.

UNSAFE, horrible facility. Terrible location. Stairwells are locked "for safety", can't even use key to access. Parking lot torn up, business across lot is closed. People wandering around the building and lot. I better get a refund. I was there 5 minutes, turned around, checked out and went to the Comfort Suites Airport.

NOT AS ADVERTISED. I am not picky when it comes to staying somewhere for one night, but this hotel was not as advertised at all. A lot of rooms had their windows boarded up. not clean. I also didn’t even get the room I reserved. me and my bf stayed for an hour and checked out before finding a different hotel to stay for the night.
