Very nice staff and very clean room. Only issue I had was the person in the room above me hearing them stomping off and on all night. Which made sleeping a hazzle. Bed was perfect and very comfortable also had plenty of outlets to charge phones and other devices. I plan on staying again if I'm in the area and the price is right.

First issue was in making reservations. I called hotel to make the reservationthe man that answered told me I already made reservation online.I'm old I did not make any reservation online nor do I ever.So I said cancel whatever you are seeing. I'm calling to make my reservation right now, I have no idea what you are looking at. I said this isn't making any sense as I kept telling and asking the man if I was talking to the hotel and he would say yes or ignore then kept telling me it was non refundable.I asked why he said because you booked online.This continued to go on until I was too confused and frustrated and thought someone else can fix this.NOTSecond Issue When they wouldn't cancel we stayed for the reservation.Upon arrival they issued us a room which wasn't even clean.Third Issue Breakfast is served from 7:00 - 9:00.We went down for breakfast at 8:45 or so and it was all cleaned up an no food was out.Fourth Issue While waiting for clerk to ask about Breakfast another guest asked if I had any issues with my room I told him what happened to us.He said he was given a room where the air conditioning didn't work.When he complained he was told to open the window.He said but I paid for a room with air conditioning again he was told to open the window.So, overall they do not deserve even 1 star.DO NOT TRUST THEM EITHER.They could be the ones who screwed up my reservation.But either way neither the Hotel or Choice did anything about my initial Issue.Very poor customer service.....I will never stay with them or any other Choice Hotel.

Para um lugar rápido para dormir, tudo bem. O quarto cheirava a mofo e o quarto estava muito úmido. Há locais de fast food por perto, mas quando fomos o restaurante estava fechado e tivemos que usar o drive-thru. Em uma pitada eu ficaria novamente. O check-in foi muito bom, tive que tocar uma campainha para levar alguém à mesa. Eles têm uma máquina automática de panquecas que funcionou muito bem, o neto gostava de fazer e comer.

For a quick place to sleep it's ok. The room smelled musty and the room was very humid. There are fast food places near by, but by the time we went the restaurant was closed and had to use the drive through. In a pinch I'd stay again. The check in was pretty good, had to ring a bell to get someone to the desk. They have an automatic pancake machine that worked very well, the grandson enjoyed making and eating them.

Got to meet stilettos on steel here. Great ladies. Hallways smelt a little funky. Iykyk

A piscina estava gelada. Como insuportavelmente congelando, não podíamos nadar, o que foi a principal razão pela qual escolhemos este hotel.O quarto cheirava muito almiscarado e os travesseiros não ofereciam apoio.Foi-nos dito a hora errada para o café da manhã, então aparecemos literalmente à direita quando terminou e não restou nada. A pessoa que trabalhava nos ignorou e estava limpando ao nosso redor. Não tínhamos certeza de que ela trabalhava lá no começo, já que ela não usava nenhum tipo de "traje de trabalho"O lado positivo é que o hotel está em uma localização agradável - muitos lugares de comida por perto, gás, um supermercado, e o hotel tem estacionamento próximo agradável.

The pool was ICE cold. Like unbearably freezing so we couldn't really swim which was the main reason we chose this hotel. The room smelled very musky and the pillows offered no support. We were told the wrong time for breakfast so we showed up literally right when it ended and nothing was left. The person working ignored us and was cleaning up around us. We weren't actually sure she worked there at first since she didn't have on any sort of "work attire" Plus side is the hotel is at a nice location - plenty of food places near by, gas, a grocery store, and the hotel has nice close parking.

Lá vai começar algumas reformas. Parece ser para os banheiros¿¿ esta é a segunda vez que ficamos aqui e não tive nenhum problema. Eles começaram a servir café da manhã quente... Eu não usei, então você não sabe o que eles servem. A piscina está aberta. Eu não tive nenhum problema com qualquer trabalhador como alguns comentários dizem.

Uma estrela para o que deveria ser um hotel de uma estrela. Corredores escuros, limpador fortemente perfumado usado em todos os lugares, piscina fria, portas de segurança que não trancam, paredes finas como papel que permitem ouvir tudo dos quartos adjacentes, colchões torturantemente duros e muito caro. Não fique aqui para uma boa noite de descanso ou uma experiência confortável. Eu fiquei em muitos Quality Inns ao longo dos anos, mas este foi o pior.

One star for what should be a one star hotel. Dark hallways, heavily perfumed cleaner used everywhere, cold pool, security doors that don't lock, paper thin walls that let you hear everything from the adjacent rooms, torturously hard mattresses, and way overpriced. Don't stay here for a good night's rest or a comfortable experience. I've stayed at many Quality Inns over the years but this one was the worst.

There going to start some renovations. Looks to be for the bathrooms¿¿ this is our second time staying here and I haven't had any problems. They started serving hot breakfast... I didn't use it, so u don't know what they serve. The pool is open. I haven't had any problem with any worker like some reviews say.. so all in all.. I would be using quality inn on my next visit.

Front desk host spoke English but I couldn't understand what she was saying. Slured her words and I had to have her repeat everything several times. The hallway was dimly lit. Key card entry system...
