“-5/5 …. NO STARS…. RUDE FRONT DESK STAFF!! I made my own review and then read through the other reviews!!! We all have had the same issue with your front desk person!!! He’s RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! Is this a family operated HOTEL??? That’s the only reason I could think you still have your RUDE front desk person working there!”

“Stayed here twice in 10 days. First time room was reasonable. Around $69. Next time they want $230 for an identical room. Then on top of that, they put a hold on my Visa for $100 for incidentalsSaid it would go away when I checked out. 8 days later, it's still there. Visa said they didn't put a hold on it. They actually charged me extra for the room. So, I have to dispute it. I have been a diamond member now since 2014. I have never been charged for any incidentals. This charge was pathetic in the first place and goes to show how conniving this hotel is. I suggest you stay at one of the many other fine Choice hotels in to be area.”
