Eu recomendo ficar em qualquer outro lugar que não aqui! Meu quarto não fumante king size cheirava a charutos velhos. Havia um grande buraco na parede. O assento do vaso sanitário estava tão solto que quase se desligou a pia tinha rachaduras na bacia o chuveiro tinha tanto acúmulo no chuveiro que uma pessoa comum poderia fazer xixi com mais pressão e volume de água do que esse chuveiro. A chamada de despertar às 7 da manhã que eu havia pedido nunca veio, mas recebi uma ligação às 10:45, lembrando-me do check-out às 11 horas. Para colocar a cereja no topo deste desastre foi que, quando tentei avisar o hotel, fui abruptamente interrompido e disse que ele deixaria o gerente saber sobre o todo na parede e, em seguida, disse que tinha um bom dia e virou as costas para mim. NUNCA MAIS VOU FICAR AQUI!!! Eu não estava pedindo desconto! Eu só estava tentando conscientizá-los! Eu tenho que viajar ouvir pelo menos 2 vezes por mês possivelmente mais e eles perderam todos os meus negócios futuros!!! Para completar tudo isso, foi cobrado um adicional de 10,00 em cima dos 179 que eu paguei pelo quarto sem aviso ou explicação, apenas uma taxa extra! Esta foi claramente a minha pior experiência com um hotel. Liguei para tentar falar com um gerente estava em espera por 10 minutos e depois desconectado. EU SUGERI FORTEMENTE FICAR EM QUALQUER LUGAR QUE NÃO ESTE LUGAR!!!

Mi estadía fue lo peor jamás volvería a hospedarme en los hoteles Quality inn y menos el de esta dirección111 BerlínRd. Cromwellct 06416 los cuartos sucios, pero demaciado de sucios tube q pedir cambio de cuarto el cual me lo concedieron el segundo cuarto fue limpio pero no me sentí nada de satisfecha primer cuarto el toilet sucio con escreta no tenía nevera el microondas super... pero super suciola mesa de noche demaciado de sucio mal olor y las sabans rotas y apestosos segundo cuarto limpio pero no satisfechala cafetería horrible ni ganas da de desayunar en esa área fue horrible mi experiencia en ese hotel no vuelvo jamás y No Lo Recomiendo estube una noche y me fui para otro q fue muy limpio

I recommend staying any other place than here! My king size no smoking room smelled like stale cigars. There was a big hole in the wall. The toilet seat was so loose that it almost came disconnected the sink had cracks in the basin the shower had so much buildup in the showerhead that the a average person could pee with more pressure and water volume than this shower had. The 7 am wake up call i had asked for never came but I did get a call at 10:45 reminding me of 11 o'clock checkout. To put the icing on this disaster was that when i tried to let the hotel know I was abruptly cut off and told that he would let the manager know bout the whole in the wall then said have a nice day and turned his back to me. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!! I was not asking for a discount! I was just trying to make them aware! I have to travel hear at least 2 times a month possibly more and they lost all my future business!!! To top all this off the charged an additional 10.00 on top of the 179 that I over paid for the room no notice or explanation just an Extra charge! This Has clearly been my worst experience with a hotel. I called to try to speek to a manager was on hold for 10 minutes then disconnected. I STRONGLY SUGGEST STAYING ANYWHERE OTHER THAN THIS PLACE!!!

Quartos amplos e agradáveis, check-in frontal limpo e agradável. Frigobar, microondas, tv a cabo nos quartos, camas limpas e confortáveis. Eu ficaria aqui novamente. O café da manhã continental era básico, mas isso é típico de muitos hotéis hoje em dia. O horário do check-out era 11, o que é bom.

Se você está contemplando este hotel, CORRA o mais longe possível. Fui recebido extremamente mal no check-in por um recepcionista claramente inexperiente. Fui cobrado demais pelo quarto e a recepcionista exclamou que não poderia fazer nenhuma alteração após a reserva ser feita. Foi-me dito pelo bookingist on-line para trazer o meu cartão AAA para o desconto e quando eu apresentei ao funcionário disse que era tarde demais. O quarto estava faltando um ferro e eu pedi um três vezes, mas nunca recebi. Não havia sabonete na pia ou no chuveiro. A tinta estava descascando das paredes do chuveiro do banheiro, havia fio dental usado e um invólucro de copo no chão, a cadeira acolchoada do quarto estava tão suja que tive que colocar uma toalha sobre ela para me sentar, a unidade de ar condicionado tinha peças soltas penduradas na parte inferior da unidade que chacoalhavam quando o ar condicionado estava ligado, a mesa de café de mármore estava completamente rachada em duas peças, quatro dos puxadores das gavetas estavam completamente ausentes, o que impossibilitava a abertura da gavetas. Quando finalmente recebi um ferro, enchi-o com água e ele esvaziou completamente por toda a tábua e chão e a torneira do chuveiro não fechou completamente, deixando a água pingando constantemente, então tive que manter a porta fechada para não ouvir o gotejamento a noite toda e quando me aproximei do recepcionista ela disse que não havia nada que ela pudesse fazer porque a manutenção havia saído. Quando solicitei para ser transferido para outro quarto, disseram-me que não havia nenhum disponível, enquanto no site dizia 78% cheio. Tenho fotos de tudo isso, se solicitado. Esta propriedade é uma vergonha para o nome Quality Inn e definitivamente não deve ser considerada.

Very dirty found a cigarette burn on my bed spread walls a mess little smellwent to take a shower found holes in the wall the elevator and should of clued me in. Spoke to girl at desk about getting another room she said no. i went out got some food decided not to stay going to contact site for refund. If she just swapped rooms this would of been better. For the 180 bucks i would had a little more hope I belive this may say quality in but doesn't seem to be run by them.

Nice large rooms, clean and nice front check in staff. Fridge, microwave, cable tv in rooms, beds clean and comfortable. I’d stay here again. The continental breakfast was basic but that’s typical of a lot of hotels nowadays. Checkout time was 11 which is nice.

If you are contemplating this hotel, RUN as far away as possible. I was greeted extremely poorly at check-in by a clearly untrained front desk clerk. I was overcharged for the room and the front desk clerk exclaimed that she couldn’t make any changes after the reservation was booked. I was told by the online reservationist to bring my AAA card in for the discount and when I presented it to the clerk said it was too late. The room was missing an iron and I asked for one three times but never received it. There was no soap at the sink or in the shower. The paint was peeling off of the walls in the bathroom shower, there was used dental floss and a cup wrapper on the floor, the cushioned chair in the room was so heavily soiled I had to lay a towel over it in order to sit down, the air conditioning unit had loose pieces hanging from the bottom of the unit which rattled when the air-conditioning was on, the marble coffee table was completely cracked into two pieces, four of the drawer pulls were completely missing which made it unable to open the drawers. When I finally received an iron I filled it with water and it completely drained all over the ironing board and floor and the shower faucet didn’t completely shut off leaving water dripping constantly so I had to keep the door shut so I wouldn’t hear the dripping all night and when I approached the front desk clerk she said there was nothing she could do because maintenance had left. When I requested to be moved to another room I was told there were none available meanwhile on the website it stated 78% full. I have photos of all of this if requested. This property is a disgrace to the Quality Inn name and should most definitely not be considered.

Terrível! O lugar estava sujo! Cheirava como uma loja do Exército da Salvação! Manchas na cama se espalhar. O café da manhã era mínimo na melhor das hipóteses, havia apenas mini-muffins comprados em lojas, o café estava morno e quase claro disponível. Eram portas de armário quebradas. Nada foi limpo, sujeira em todos os lugares. Deixei alguns fones de ouvido para trás e, quando liguei de volta para pedir à recepção que os procurasse, o atendente da recepção desligou na minha cara quando pedi que procurassem nos achados e perdidos. Você obtém o que você paga, mas nem mesmo aqui! Roubo total!

Você recebe o que você paga. O hotel está sujo. Não há acomodações para deficientes. O vaso sanitário é extremamente baixo, senti como se estivesse caindo no chão. Nós limpamos quando chegamos porque eles não limpam bem e quando eles se chamavam de limpeza, eles só limpavam onde podiam ver. Encontrei roupas íntimas enroladas na prateleira. Havia lixo atrás do criado-mudo. E a poeira era espessa.

You get what you pay for. The hotel is dirty. There are no handicap accommodations. The toilet is extremely low, I felt like I was falling to the floor. We cleaned when we arrived because they don't clean well and when they called themselves cleaning, they only cleaned where they could see. I found underwear rolled up on the shelf. There was trash behind the nightstand. And the dust was thick.

Terrible! The place was dirty! Smelled like a Salvation Army Store! Stains on the bed spread. The breakfast was minimal at best, there were only store-bought mini muffins, the coffee was lukewarm and almost clear available. They were broken cabinet doors sagging. Nothing was wiped down, filth everywhere. I left some headphones behind, and when I called back to ask the front desk to look for them, The front desk attendant hung up on me when I asked them to look in the lost and found. You get what you pay for, but not even here! Total rip off!
