Em Flórida City, é o Vip da região! Fica entre Miami e Key West e é o melhor Hotel da região! R Excelente!

Ótima relação custo benefício para quem quer fazer uma parada para compras ou para conhecer um dos trechos de Everglades no caminho para Key West. O hotel está localizado muito próximo ao Florida City Outlets e a lojas da Marshall's,da Target e do Walmart. Vale a pena!

Quarto decente para o preço. Era tarde da noite e estávamos cansados e apenas procurando um lugar para ficar. O quarto estava limpo e as camas eram macias. Também era espaçoso. Eles foram corteses e amigáveis na recepção

Boas ZZzzZZZzZ's ... graças às suas camas confortáveis. Uma pequena geladeira, micro-ondas, mesa, secador de cabelo, tábua de passar e uma pequena cafeteira tornam minha estadia suficiente. Tem uma piscina, que não cheguei a usar, porque chovia toda vez que eu pensava nela.Este local fica muito perto de postos de gasolina, restaurantes, lojas e da Highway 1 indo para o sul em direção a The Keys! Foi principalmente por isso que o escolhi.Não há elevador se você estiver carregando bagagem grande. Muito ruim. Traga seus músculos também.Embora pareça que os tapetes foram lavados, havia um pouco de cheiro de mofo e umidade vindo dos tapetes. Também parecia que, antes, animais de estimação eram permitidos; mas era tolerável. Não tive um ataque de asma durante toda a minha estadia - bom gosto!Embora seja compreensível, porque o cobiçado café da manhã era limitado, eles poderiam ter fornecido mais variedades de frutas e pacotes de aveia. Um café da manhã baggy para viagem estava disponível, que incluía um croissan'wich, um lanche de granola e água.O leitor da chave do cartão da porta não estava lendo a chave do cartão corretamente e teve que ser inserido algumas vezes antes de finalmente abrir a porta. Esse foi um problema de bateria que deveria ter sido corrigido com bastante antecedência.Não posso deixar de dizer que todos os funcionários da recepção foram profissionais e corteses, mesmo depois da minha ligeira frustração com a porta. Obrigado mesmo assim pessoal. Espero que a porta já esteja consertada. Vou com uma classificação de 3,5 estrelas.

Good ZZzzZZZzZ's ...thanks to their comfortable beds. Asmall refrigerator, microwave, a desk, hair dryer, ironing board, and a small coffee maker made my stay sufficient. There's a swimming pool, that I didn't get to use, because it was raining every time I thought of it.This location is very close to gas stations, restaurants, stores, and Highway 1 going south towards The Keys! This is primarily why I chose it.There's no elevator if you're carrying large luggage. Too bad. Bring your muscles too.Although it seems like the carpets have been shampooed, there was a little bit of a musty, damp smell from the carpets. It also seemed like maybe previously pets were allowed; but it was tolerable. I didn't get an asthma attack during my entire stay - thumbs up!While it is understandable due to covid breakfast was limited, they could have provided more fruit varieties and oatmeal packets. A grab-and-go breakfast baggy was available, which included breakfast a croissan'wich, a granola snack, and water.The door's card key reader wasn't reading the card key properly, and had to be inserted a few times before finally opening the door. That was a battery issue which should have been fixed way ahead of time.I can't go without saying that all their front desk staff were professional and courteous even after my slight frustration with the door. Thanks anyway guys. I hope the door has been fixed by now.I'm going with a rating of 3.5 stars.

Friendlystaff. I was not impressed by room decor.. And I would not suggestgetting a room across from the Pool .Great bag and go breakfast. Price was a bit high.

First, I stay in a lot of hotels and this is a nice clean Quality Inn hotel within an easy walk to food. By far the best thing about the stay is Jessica, she works the front desk and was very helpful when we called and even better with check in and check out. She truly went the extra step to make you feel welcome and provide local area info. The owner or manager was always walking the area; making the patrons feel welcome and adding an additional level of security. And Mr. Owner/Manager give Jessica a raise, you don’t want to lose her!!!

Minha família teve uma experiência maravilhosa aqui! Do check-in ao check-out, tudo foi maravilhoso e com certeza vou voltar a este Quality Inn se estou na área novamente! No check-in, os funcionários foram super simpáticos, fornecendo-nos muitas informações dos favoritos da área, bem como atrações turísticas populares na área. A equipe da recepção no check-in foi excelente, era um homem e uma mulher, mas não consigo lembrar seus nomes. Fomos transferidos para um quarto com duas camas king-size, em vez das duas camas queen size que reservamos, que apenas acrescentou as coisas que amamos sobre este hotel. Os quartos eram limpos de forma eficiente e tudo estava bem conservado. Ter mais toalhas no quarto no início teria sido bom, embora não haja queixas de mim, pois eu poderia ter pedido mais a qualquer momento e optei por não. Meus filhos gostaram muito da piscina e da piscina, bem como a área circundante parecia em muito boas condições. Quase perdemos este local na chegada, embora não usemos GPS, então provavelmente foi nosso próprio erro. Muitas coisas perto - lojas, restaurantes, parques nacionais e as chaves. Ao todo, tivemos uma excelente estadia aqui, muito obrigado!

Evis at the front counter was awesome to us. PNW TRUCKING brought 2 trucks with loads down here to deliver. Me and my co owner and our employee went to key west and had a great time. Have to treat your employees with a little fun.

My family had a wonderful experience here! From checking in to checking out, everything was wonderful and I will definitely return to this Quality Inn if I am in the area again! At check in, the staff were both super friendly, providing us with so much information of area favorites as well as popular tourist attractions in the area. The front desk staff at check in was superb, it was a man and a woman, but I cannot remember their names. We were upgraded to a room with two king beds, rather than the two queen beds which we booked which only added to the things we loved about this hotel. The rooms were efficiently clean and everything was well maintained. Having more towels in the room at the start would have been nice, though no complaints from me as I could have asked for more at any time and chose not to. My children really enjoyed the pool and the pool as well as the surrounding area seemed in very good condition. We did almost miss this location upon arrival, though we don't use GPS so likely that was our own mistake. Lots of things close by- shopping, restaurants, national parks and the keys. All in all we had an excellent stay here, thank you so much!

Es un lugar muy acogedor. Cuarto y alrededores limpios, piscina excelente y limpia.Tremendo servicio al cliente.Desayuno desde Pancakes, waffle, avena instantánea, jugos, café, te, chocolate caliente, yogurt, pan, variedad de cupcakes, etc.Su gerente Sam es tremenda persona y busquen a Aixa, ella es la mejor persona que te puede atender;la puedes encontrar realizando limpieza en las habitaciones, también es estilista o recibiendo a las personas en el área del desayuno.Muy agradecida con el trato recibido durante la estadía. ¡100% recomendado!-------------------------------------------- It is a very cozy place.
