Not only is it affordable, the service was very nice always and willing to help no matter who it was. The cleaning was also appreciated when staying more than two nights. The design for all the rooms is also very welcoming with no ugly, depressing color blends or cheap furniture; all modern and clean. After staying multiple times at this establishment I will gladly keep coming back if i need to in the area.

House keeping was amazing! Breakfast was the same every single day... but at least it was free. The lemon water I wouldn't trust they don't change the lemons out of it daily. So it taste gross. The bed sheets & pillows gave me a bad rash on my face, hands. The owner at checkout was rude. I guess people don't charge for a half of day anymore. He charged us for the full day even though we left at 3:30p.m. Would I stay here again no.

My stay at Comfort Inn was the best quite and relaxing place I could ask for, I came here for 5 days to study a little bit away from family to better concentrate on my studies and be ready for my examination at Carroll Road in San Diego for my Real Estate License. I like to mention that the staff here is nice and polite front desk lady very nice and the room service Clarita not to mention wow she service my room and make sure I had enough of everything she is the best of the best!! I will definitely come back with my little one to take tours to the City lights Tour and the San Diego Seal Tours and if I can have the same room #103 lol next time I visit I'll be more then happy, by the way almost forgot to mention that hotel next door was charging me almost $200.00 dls more than here for the 4 night stay that I needed. Here is nice, cozy, clean, breakfast is yummy yummy!! Great experience! Highly recommended.

we stayed here because the location was good for us. the negatives: our room was not ready by 2 or even 3, so we waited in the parking lot, then in the lobby until a room was cleaned. breakfast was typical for this hotel class, and the room was clean. negatives: the room was not ready until near 5 pm, and! he air conditioner was useless; and when I complained about the AC, the gal at the desk seemed put out-- but when I insisted on a new room, she moved us to an acceptable room. I was disappointed that the gal out front acted like we were a problem when I believe the problem was a defective AC, but she did move us to an acceptable room, so given the price, we were satisfied with the result. we would consider staying here again due to the value, even though service was not quite up to Par.

Affordable location for a rest in San Diego. A bit far from popular locations but it's tolerable. A few places nearby to eat but not much else to do in the immediate area as an air force base is nearby and it's mainly an industrial area. No elevators going up the floors but it's manageable. Room was alright with the basics provided. There are no good views out the window to write about, again because of the location but it serves its purpose. Beds are alright, they seem to have a padded top on them to keep them soft. Overall cleanliness on arrival was alright, nothing problematic.
