Negativo: cheiro de mofo no lobby quando chegamos para o check-in. Era representativo do resto do edifício. Houve algumas atualizações, mas os tapetes e móveis não estavam entre eles. Nosso AC era muito alto o suficiente para impedir o sono, seja alto ou baixo. O sistema de aquecimento/ar estava muito desatualizado e também tinha um odor durante a execução. Nossa tela de TV foi baleada. O som funcionou, mas a tela não pôde ser decifrada. Lixo nas instalações do lado de fora da porta de saída que estava presente nas duas noites de nossa estadia. Café-da-manhã foi o pior entre os lugares Choice Hotels Brand que ficamos. Nenhuma recuperação de serviço oferecida, embora não sejamos do tipo que se preocupam ou perguntam.Positivo: Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Os lençóis e os banheiros estavam limpos. A área da piscina parecia agradável e se abriu para um pátio externo.Conclusão: Nós não ficaríamos novamente, infelizmente. Teremos que procurar um novo lugar para ficar ao visitar a área.

Negativo: olor a moho en el vestíbulo cuando llegamos para registrarnos. Era representativo del resto del edificio. Hubo algunas actualizaciones, pero las alfombras y los muebles no estaban entre ellos. Nuestro aire acondicionado era lo suficientemente alto como para evitar dormir, ya sea alto o bajo. El sistema de calefacción/aire estaba muy desactualizado y también tenía un olor mientras funcionaba. Nuestra pantalla de televisión fue disparada. El sonido funcionó, pero la pantalla no se pudo descifrar. Basura en las instalaciones fuera de la puerta de salida que estuvo presente durante las dos noches de nuestra estadía. El desayuno fue el peor entre los lugares de la marca Choice Hotels en los que nos hemos alojado. No se ofrece recuperación del servicio, aunque no somos del tipo que se preocupa o pregunta.Positivo: Personal amable y servicial. Las sábanas y los baños estaban limpios. El área de la piscina se veía bien y se abría a un patio exterior.Resumen: no nos alojaríamos de nuevo, por desgracia. Tendremos que buscar un nuevo lugar para alojarnos cuando visitemos la zona.

Negative: Moldy smell in the lobby when we arrived for check in. It was representative of the rest of the building. There were some updates but the carpets and furniture were not among them. Our AC was very loud enough to prevent sleep whether on high or low. The heat/air system was very outdated and had an odor while running as well. Our TV screen was shot. Sound worked, but screen was not able to be deciphered. Trash on the premises outside the exit door that was present for both nights of our stay. Breakfast was the worst among the Choice Hotels Brand places we have stayed at. No service recovery offered although we aren't the type to fuss or ask. Positive: Friendly and helpful staff. The sheets and bathrooms were clean. The pool area looked nice and opened up to an outside patio area. Wrapup: We would not stay again, sadly. We will have to look for a new place to stay when visiting the area.

Meu caminhão quebrou e eu tive que fazer uma parada inesperada aqui enquanto estava sendo consertado. Foi muito limpo, a equipe foi muito acolhedora (mesmo me dando um desconto), e o custo era razoável. A recepção pessoas foram muito acessíveis e deu ótimos conselhos sobre restaurantes locais que entregues (eu tinha pizza). Se eu voltar desta forma novamente, vou considerar isso como um lugar para ficar novamente.

Mi camión se averió y tuve que hacer una parada inesperada aquí mientras lo arreglaban. Estaba muy limpio, el personal fue muy servicial (incluso me dio un descuento) y el costo era razonable. La gente de la recepción era muy accesible y dio buenos consejos sobre los restaurantes locales que entregaban (comí pizza). Si alguna vez vuelvo de esta manera, lo consideraré como un lugar para quedarme nuevamente.

My truck broke down and I had to make an unexpected stop here while it was getting fixed. It was very clean, the staff was very accommodating (even giving me a discount), and the cost was reasonable. The front desk folks were very approachable and gave great advice about local restaurants that delivered (I had pizza). If I'm ever back this way again I'll consider this as a place to stay again.

Great location and helpful staff. Rooms are clean but not modern. Some have USB ports. 3 star rooms at best.

Fall 2021 We have stayed at Quality Inns around the nation and this one is the worst of the lot. Overall, the hotel is old and in desperate need of a major upgrade. An older building is acceptable if properly maintained and above all kept clean. Think of all the iconic hotels around the world. Unfortunately, this Quality Inn was not clean. Common areas like the lobby were fine but the elevators were filthy and the hallways often had trash sitting unattended. The front desk staff seemed indifferent, and lazy and there was an older blond woman (Kathy) who was just plain rude. Each time I passed her by, not once did she bother to look up, greet me or show even a scintilla of interest. She should instead be working in front on a computer in the basement. Breakfast consisted of the lowest quality food possible. There was inedible, industrial grade instant eggs, cheap cereals and other assorted junk. Yes, the breakfast is free but for what the rooms now cost, the meal is decidedly Not free. For breakfast, go instead to the “Tea Kettle” in town for a great experience. Our room appeared clean however, the shower drain was clogged with hair and would not drain properly and the sink also drained very slowly. Our TV had static on all channels (like an old antennae). We called the front desk and were told that maintenance would get right on it. It was never fixed. We finally gave up and spent the evenings reading. This hotel is a one star thinking it’s a four star. As of this writing, this Quality Inn expects 219 per night. Save your hard earned money and stay at a real four star hotel. This one is a loser.

Staff was very friendly, and accommodated our special requests with smiles and humor. Rooms were great, comfortable beds and very clean! Kids enjoyed the heated pool, too. Will definitely stay here...
