“I was very pleased with my stay. I arrived quite late on my first night, and there wasn't anyone immediately the desk. They had a phone that I could quickly get someone down with though. I learned that they are a bit short staffed right now, but the lady who helped me was simply wonderful, and everyone else I dealt with through my stay was friendly. I really appreciated that breakfast lasted until 10:00, and then they didn't clear the food out as quickly as possible like it was a race. It was a pretty good breakfast, with the waffle maker, sausage, and eggs among other things.There were a few little issues here and there. The bathtub drained slowly, And they only have a luggage elevator to get up to the second floor. However, I felt like the hotel was overall well cared for, clean, and created a good customer experience. I would be happy to return.”
