Muito bom

Quando chegamos no check-in, a minigeladeira não estava conectada e descongelou. Quando abrimos a porta da geladeira, o quarto cheirou mal. Havia uma caneta de vapor e desenho infantil no chão. A área atrás das camas era extremamente empoeirada. Chamamos a senhora da recepção e ela veio e foi muito útil e limpou a geladeira e aspirou perto das camas. Pedimos um desconto porque o quarto não estava pronto para o check-in e tivemos que esperar ela terminar antes de movermos nossas coisas e ficarmos prontos. A senhora da recepção (Maxine) disse que o gerente estaria por perto amanhã. Chega o dia do check-out e pedimos o reembolso da recepcionista. Ela diz que o gerente não está e temos que ligar amanhã. Pedimos para falar com ela ou com o proprietário e o proprietário, que se chama Ron, aparece e parece que não quer falar conosco. Informa que o gerente é o único que pode processar o desconto. A recepcionista, Maxine, finalmente consegue falar com a gerente Nicki e ela diz que tiramos $ 30 da nossa conta de $ 287 por 2 noites. Dizemos a ela que isso realmente não é nada comparado ao inconveniente de fazer o check-in e que o proprietário foi muito rude e não quis ouvir nossas preocupações. Ela pediu desculpas, mas isso era tudo o que ela faria. Leve seu dinheiro para algum lugar onde o proprietário realmente se preocupe com a limpeza do hotel e com as preocupações dos clientes.

Horrible experience, room was dirty, a disgusting smell was coming from the fridge nothing was wiped down the toilet was dirty, in the middle of a pandemic it makes me question how clean the sheets and towels were... the nice lady Maxine that worked the front desk came up to clean, she was very nice. The owner Ron T. Was very rude and should not own an establishment if he has no customer service skills and couldn't give us a discount and told us to wait for his manager to take care of it tomorrow, when we already paid for the rooms the first night when we checked in before we even saw the room. In the middle of the lobby arguing with us. The price of the room was not worth it. Will NEVER go to a quality in ever again.

When we arrived at check in the mini fridge wasn’t connected and it defrosted. When we opened the fridge door, it made the room smell. There was a vape pen and child’s drawing on the floor. The area behind the beds was extremely dusty. We called the front desk lady and she came up and was very helpful and cleaned out the fridge and vacuumed near the beds. We asked to get a discount because the room wasn’t ready for check in and we had to wait for her to finish before we moved our stuff in and got ready. The front desk lady (Maxine) said the manager would be around tomorrow. Check out day comes and we ask for the refund from the front desk lady. She says that the manager isn’t in and we have to call tomorrow. We ask to speak with her or the owner and the owner, who’s name is Ron, comes out and seems like he doesn’t want to talk to us. Tells us that the manager is the only one that can process the discount. The front desk lady, Maxine, finally gets the manager Nicki on the phone and she says that we got $30 taken off of our $287 bill for 2 nights. We tell her that that’s really nothing compared to the inconvenience it was checking in and that the owner was very rude and not trying to hear our concerns. She said sorry but that was all she was going to do. Take your money somewhere where the owner actually cares about how clean their hotel is and cares about customers concerns.

Staff were friendly& helpful, the rooms are clean and the housekeepers came by daily to make sure that you had the things that you needed or to clean your room they went far out to make sure that their guests were happy I suggest this hotel to anybody

Hotel was really gross. Long black hair all over the bathroom and in the shower. People hanging out all over the parking lot. Smelled like weed as soon as you walked in the building. Rooms are jus all over disgusting and need upgraded and none of the lamps in the room worked.. I wouldn’t even give this hotel 1 start but it wouldn’t let me move in without rating it

Power went our before I tried to.check in. I was told to come back in 20 minutes. I came back. The employee said he cleaning crew did not show up that morning. There was not a clean room available. There were questionable people in the parking lot and seated at the entrance. I had to call to correct the issue. I will never try to stay there. I had a jacuzzi room rented for a special anniversary. Ended up going home!.

Não perca seu tempo. Veio para o hotel para negócios e tinha três quartos. Ao entrar no único cômodo, a unidade de CA estava na metade da parede. O segundo quarto mão pubes e cabelo na cama. O terceiro quarto tinha formigas. O atendente da recepção estava mais preocupado com amigos de entretenimento do que colocar os clientes em primeiro lugar. Toda a área é incompleta

Dont waste your time. Came to the hotel for business and had three rooms. Upon entering the one room the ac unit was half off the wall. The second room hand pubes and hair on the bed. The third room had ants. The front desk attendant was more worried about entertaining friends than putting customers first. The whole area is sketchy

Esta bien. Los trabajadores sonnpromwdio algo respetuosos, nade extraprdonario. Cuartos estan bien algo sucios. Tuvimos ke cambiar cuart por qie AC no trabajaba. Walmart esta a una cuadra. Afuera del hotel esta sucio. Pero el vecindario parece tranquilo
