Quarto confortável, funcionários prestativos e simpáticos (principalmente a Maria 🥰), ótima localização... Passamos ótimos 14 dias nesse hotel. Obrigada a todos 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼😘😘

The night staff was really nice. The breakfast was decent. The room we had smelled like must and cigarette smoke although it was a non smoking room. Parking was horrible at night. But the front desk gentleman was kind enough to move his car so my mom could park. The only pro about this hotel is that it is very close to Disneyland. The GM of this hotel Is extremely rude and i would Find some where else to stay. I showed the staff the bug i found in the bed & no actions were taken. The day before check out they charged me again although i had Already paid. Upon returning home my one year old had lice, realizing what the bug was that we found in the hotel.My whole family received lice and instead of offering customer service the GM Mukesh was rude, insensitive, & went on to call me a liar. Please save your money & time and stay anywhere else.

This is an affordable motel near Disneyland. There is no shuttle provided from motel to Disney but it's a relatively quick and cheap uber ride. They have on site laundry and a small but nice pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Este hotel tem quartos limpos e renovados com pisos de madeira, sancas e muito espaço. A piscina é bastante pequena e realmente significa apenas dar um mergulho, mas não realmente nadar. Eu quero dizer que a piscina é talvez 12-15 'de diâmetro. A equipe foi amigável, e o quarto estava limpo. A única razão pela qual dou 4 estrelas é que a piscina é consideravelmente pequena. Fora isso, porém, é um bom hotel.

Me gustó porque estaba cerca de Disney, limpiaron el baño mientras no estábamos y ordenaron las camas. El desayuno no estaba mal, pero esperaba que fuera un menú diferente cada día. Los parqueos son pocos eso es lo que no me gusto mucho y un poco reducidos. Pero de ahí todo estaba bien.

This hotel has clean renovated rooms with hardwood floors, crown molding and plenty of space. The pool is fairly small and really just meant to take a dip, but not really swim. I want to say the pool is maybe 12-15' in diameter. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. Only reason I give it 4 stars is the pool is considerably small. Outside of that though, it's a nice hotel.

Quando chegamos, Gabby nos recebeu com uma saudação amigável, na verdade, muito gentil. Fizemos check-in no quarto 101, o que não é uma boa ideia, porque fica ao lado do escritório com muito tráfego de pedestres. Pessoas batendo os carrinhos contra a parede. Na verdade, às vezes era barulhento um povo gritando e qualquer outra coisa (não estamos acostumados a isso).O nosso quarto era ótimo, espaçoso e fomos levados de volta como era bom - esperávamos uma reserva. A única coisa que não gostei no quarto foi a televisão. Não havia guia de canais impresso e você tem que rolar pelos canais. Isso não teria sido tão ruim, mas a televisão era como um Brontossauro, você aperta o botão do controle remoto e cerca de dez segundos, a televisão mudava de canal. Eventualmente, digitei 100 e em 102 estava Os Mercenários. Bom filme. Enquanto assistia Os Mercenários 2, a TV parou de funcionar.Como trabalho à noite e não dormi muito, fui para a cama cedo, mas acordei com um barulho estranho de clique, que parou. Achei que era o telefone do meu bisneto. Quando aconteceu de novo, ele não estava usando o telefone e percebi que o barulho vinha do rádio-relógio, que estava desligado. Desliguei e o mistério foi resolvido.No geral, nossa estadia foi ótima e eu recomendo como um lugar muito agradável. Descobrir um sistema de televisão melhor o tornaria um quarto fantástico pelo preço.

First off the hotel's website and the priceline listing both say that there is an airport shuttle and other shuttle services available. So that was the clincher to booking this room. Two days prior to my trip I called to find out about the airport shuttle and was informed they don't have an airport shuttle and the other city shuttle services were canceled due to COVID-19, so I had to rent a last minute car. (Even the parent company Choice Hotels confirmed the website stated airport shuttle, but they would do nothing correct the situation because it was Quality Inn's website, not Choice's website). Next when I got there and checked in the hotel tried to charge me more blaming it on California taxes. I showed my contract so they finally backed it down to the stated charge on my contract. The room had a dirty toilet and a spider in the corner of the bathroom, I was also told because of a short staff the room would only get made up every third day. The website also stated the distance to Disneyland was .2 miles to the gate (walking distance the other reason I booked), in reality it was 1 mile. The breakfast was however good. Overall I would think twice before staying here again.

As we arrived, Gabby met us with a friendly greeting, as a matter of fact, very personable. We checked into room #101, which is not a good idea, because it's right next to the office with a lot of foot traffic. People slamming the push carts against the wall. In fact it was noisy at times a people yelling and whatever (we're not used to that). Our room was great, spacious and we were taken back how great it was - we expected a dump. The only thing I did not like about the room was the television. There was no printed channel guide and you have to scroll through the channels. This would not have been this bad, but the television was like a Brontosaurus, you press the button on the remote and about ten seconds, the television would change channels. Eventually, I typed in 100 and at 102 was The Expendables. Good movie. While watching The Expendables 2, the TV stopped working. Since I work night and did not get much sleep, I went to bed early but woke up to some strange clicking noise, which stopped. I thought it was my great-grandson's phone. When it happened again, he wasn't using his phone and I realized the noise was coming from the clock radio, which was off. I unplugged it and mystery solved. All-in-all, our stay was great and I recommend it as a very nice place. Figure out a better television system would make it a fantastic room for the price.

Hotel confortable, esta a unas cuadras de distancia de Disneyland. Hay negocios de comida y mercado cerca. Tiene un alberca pequeña. Por las mañanas tiene disponible desayuno continental con variedad de productos.

Tuvimos problemas con el estacionamiento. El desayuno limitado por huelga de proveedores. Supongo que fueron eventos aislados. Buen trato y atención en general. La limpieza y comodidad adecuada al rango. Muy sencillo y rápido el acceso al estacionamiento de Disney.

This is just an average hotel which might be OK at a reasonable price - the cost was jacked way up for a big conference weekend and this place is not worth it. The rooms are average - we had problems...

We stayed in Room 111. Great property! Not luxury but great price, clean, big, very comfortable beds, bathrooms were clean with ample towels. No bugs (that I saw). Walkable distance to Disneyland...

Staff was nice and helpful. Room was very nice for the price. Clean and cool with refrigerator and microwave. We stayed near registration end which was close to street. A little noisy at night...
