Me and my family had a similar experience as another guest. We were sent to a room that was occupied and extremely nasty. When we went to the front desk we were given another room and was told we had to wait to enter because the prior guest were fighting the night before and the room was not ready. While waiting in the lobby there was a strong scent of weed in the air. We stayed in the lobby for an hour until we asked was the room ready. They said it would be a little longer that they was still waiting on someone to start the repair. We then asked to speak to the manager for a refund and the manager was rude and didn’t allow us to receive a refund . We then left without staying. Will not recommend this place again. Visited in February 2021

Clean and updated rooms. I absolutely love how clean this place is!! However the outside does not match the inside and you feel like your walking up to an old dump of a motel on the outside. It's old outdated and crumbling apart and painted the most awful yellow. When you look at this place you feel dirty and don't want to go any further nit to mention stay here.. but once inside the rooms it's the opposite. I'd live here if I could or needed to I am so pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms. I hope they update the exterior and get it looking spick an span here soon too because it's got some hidden potential no one will ever know of by the ugliness of it right now

The pictures of this hotel are 2 years old, this place is very run down. Staff is nice and helpful, but I'd not stay here again, until they completely renovate entire place. We arrived and the first room we got, the door lock wasn't working, so they gave us another room. The second room had water leaking from the ceiling and standing in a puddle in the bathroom. They switched us to a third room, which was missing the door knob on the bathroom, the smoke detector was beeping, so I had to unplug it, and the ceiling in the bathroom looks like it's about to cave in. Also smelled very strongly of smoke, as if we were in a bar, although this is a "smokefree" hotel. I don't blame the staff, I blame the owner for allowing this place to get this run down. It should be closed down tomorrow, until it is renovated.

Room will be smoked in even though they themselves are suppose to be a smoke free room property. You’ll pay for non-smoking and will get a room with burnt couch, burnt table and toilet seat covered. When you request a refund for your stay on those grounds alone they’ll deny you and claim their policy is strict. Pretty sure your policy on the rooms not stinking like cigarettes is also in your policy. The staff is friendly but the quality is poor at best. Do not stay here

First arrived was sent to our first room which the door was not shut and there was dirt all over floor. Hair in beds and sheets stained. I didn’t feel comfortable taking my shoes off. Went to front desk and then got moved to a room we were assured was clean. We were leaving soon for concert, but went to our second room and the floors just as dirty if not worse than the last room. There looks to be BLOOD splatter on the bottom of wall near TV, none of the phones in rooms have a cord that goes into wall. They are just decoration. Toilet had leaked a small pond in bathroom floor. I was so grossed out I slept in my sweat pants and sweat shirt on top of covers very uncomfortably. This place should be ashamed of themselves really. IF THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN ANY OTHER PLACE AVAILABLE THAT WASN'T $400 a night we would have tried to find somewhere else to go. DO NOT STAY HERE.
