Péssima! Informações diferentes fizeram com que perdêssemos o café da manhã. No quarto a informação esta que o café iria até as 9:30 e a Kimberly, recepcionista (grosseira e arrogante) disse que estava informado num papel no lobby que iria apenas até as 9:00. No entanto esse papel era um pedaço de folha colado por cima de um quadro. Nem sei se os donos do hotel sabem dessa alteração, e se sabem, deveriam ter mais cuidado. Ainda por cima quando fui questionar ela disse de maneira bem pedante que o hotel mudou fazia2 anos, e isso nem deveria estar nos quartos!!! Socorro!Com tanta oferta similar, essas pessoas deveriam tratar melhor seus hóspedes. Não recomendo! :(

We did stay a night in standarad room and the experience is horrible.Very bad maintenance.The room as soon as we entered was stinking.We did ask for change but they denied.Stinky smoke smell all over the room, AC was not working properly,the sheets weren't changed they were just fixed. The sheets were stinky.The bathroom was not cleaned. Coffee maker wasn't dusted. I won't recommend anyone to this place. Worst stinky room ever been. Cheiro de fumaça fedorenta por todo o quarto, o AC não estava funcionando corretamente, os lençóis não foram trocados, foram apenas consertados. Os lençóis estavam fedendo. O banheiro não foi limpo. A cafeteira não foi espanada. Não vou recomendar ninguém a este lugar. O pior quarto fedorento de todos os tempos.

This hotel doesn't pretend to be something it is not. The rates are low and consistent with an older property. However, it is clear that management tries to keep up on maintenance. It may not be perfect, but for an older hotel, they must need to prioritize their expenditures. Our room was clean and had the normal amenities. The bed was very comfortable (although bedspread was worn). The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. The breakfast was basic but had yogurt, waffles, toast, cereal, juice, etc. and free. Best of all they are pet-friendly. And I mean friendly! We felt very welcome with our 2 small dogs. We also found the other guests to be friendly as well. It is conveniently located and we were more than pleased with our stay. Este hotel não finge ser algo que não é. As taxas são baixas e consistentes com uma propriedade mais antiga. O café da manhã era básico, mas tinha iogurte, waffles, torradas, cereais, sucos, etc. e grátis. O melhor de tudo é que eles aceitam animais de estimação. E eu quero dizer amigável! Nós nos sentimos muito bem-vindos com nossos 2 cães pequenos. Também achamos os outros hóspedes amigáveis. Está convenientemente localizado e ficamos mais do que satisfeitos com a nossa estadia.

I can't understand why all bad reviews for this hotel.I had no problems in my three night-stay here.The room was clean, linens were clean, no sign of bugs, no nothing.The water was hot and the breakfast was plentiful.The only smoke I smelled was some fool's cigarette this morning.Two cars were tagged overnight for parking in the restricted handicap parking spot.More fools. Booked this hotel because they advertise as being "pet friendly", but only after we checked in and began carrying in all our items (and two dogs) did an employee tell us she needed us to sign a pet agreement, because apparently dogs are not allowed to be left in rooms alone. I have never stayed at a pet-friendly hotel with this policy. I mentioned that I hadn't read anything about such a policy when we booked the room, and she replied "Yeah it's our own personal policy because we don't want the dogs to disturb other guests." Understandable, but at the very least, maybe let people know BEFORE they book a room here??? So, since we had plans to leave the hotel at some point during our two-night stay, we had to immediately cancel our reservation and book a different hotel. I'm thankful we did though, because the Radiance Inn seemed pretty sketchy (both the hotel itself and the surrounding area). Oh, and the rooms don't have private entrances, and the back and side doors of the hotel (which would have been closer to our room) were locked. So be prepared to carry all your belongings through the lobby. Glad we didn't have to actually stay here. Compreensível, mas pelo menos, talvez deixe as pessoas saberem ANTES de reservarem um quarto aqui? Portanto, como tínhamos planos de deixar o hotel em algum momento durante nossa estada de duas noites, tivemos que cancelar imediatamente nossa reserva e reservar um hotel diferente. Estou grato por termos feito isso, porque o Radiance Inn parecia bastante superficial (tanto o próprio hotel quanto a área circundante). Ah, e os quartos não têm entradas privativas, e as portas traseiras e laterais do hotel (que ficavam mais perto do nosso quarto) estavam trancadas. Portanto, esteja preparado para carregar todos os seus pertences pelo saguão. Ainda bem que não tivemos que ficar aqui.

The price for overnight stay was very reasonable weather you are paying with cash or credit card. Rooms were very clean. Service was excellent and staff were very polite and extremely helpful with any questions i had. Even though i live here me and my sons father wanted to have a stay vacation but get away from our house where we weren't being bothered by any one and have a romantic night alone O preço para pernoite foi tempo muito razoável que você está pagando com dinheiro ou cartão de crédito. The mirror was crooked and that is the best thing about the room. We rarely get a night away, so specifically wanted the whirlpool room. The lobby is nicely decorated and maintained and that is the best part of the hotel. The elevator looks beaten up, walking down the hall the doors are all scratched up with paint peeling. Get into our room and start checking it out. The bathroom ceiling was peeling and falling down. A 1/4" strip of gunk was around the base of toilet, mold on the edge of the tub, and no light to speak of in the bathroom. The main room was ok minus the fact that the curtains were broken and didn't cover the whole window, the kitchenette area didn't have a working light, so it was VERY dark. The heating unit was very loud, jolting us awake every time it came on. Then there was the bed. While it was comfortable, the mattress protector was stained with a brownish/red color that we didn't want to think what caused it.I just can't recommend this hotel, especially when we mentioned these issues and the manager didn't care. O cômodo principal estava ok, menos o fato de que as cortinas estavam quebradas e não cobrindo toda a janela, a área da cozinha não tinha luz, então estava MUITO escuro. O aquecimento estava muito alto, fazendo-nos acordar toda vez que o acendíamos. Em seguida, havia a cama. Embora fosse confortável, o O protetor de colchão estava manchado com uma cor acastanhada / vermelha que não queríamos pensar no que causava.Eu simplesmente não posso recomendar este hotel, especialmente quando mencionamos esses problemas e o gerente não se importou.

El cuarto q nos toco 202 olia a humedad, el aire se apagaba y para prender se tardaba mucho, una calor brutal las frisas olían mal, picaba y no teniamos ni nevera, ni horno. La experiencia no fue tan buena y cuando pagamos lo notificamos x q nuestro hijo con Autismo no la pasó tan bien y no quisieron bajar el costo. Total $144.00

Para ser un hotel de 2 estrellas lo encuentro bien solo que deben.verificar la madera de los mobiliarios ya que algunas tienen guallasos. La alfombra esta manchada. Solo son varios detalles que deverian verificar y arreglar. Solo escribo esta reseña para que puedan mejorar.

CONSUMER BEWARE! Not a good place at all. I will never go back nor give this hotel a good rating. I woke up Sunday morning to get on the elevator, to go to the lobby for breakfast, and there was a broken bottle of wine all over the area. The floor was completely sticky. The hall smelt like weed. There was no breakfast, but there were two very talkative drug users (based on their conversation) in the lobby drinking coffee. The coffee was horrible. When I finally left, the glass was still on the floor and sticking to my shoes.
