“We stayed in room 729 which was a spacious suite with a large balcony with views of the city skyline. We had access to the club room and I would recommend the quality of the food and service provided for afternoon tea and cocktails and canapes.. A very good buffet breakfast and a nice pool.”

“Very disappointed about this hotel. No hot water during the whole night. To be honest, the staff in this hotel is nice and helpful. But management communication is poor. After a long day outside, the kids like to have a hot Barth and I just want a hot water shower , but THERE IS NO HOT WATER at all. Can you imagine a five star hotel no hot water during Saturday’s night. The receptionist said there will be hot water again at 3pm and there should be a notice letter in our room. But there is no a piece of paper in our room. We call them to ask for a solution, wait 10mins no one get us a feedback. If I can rate 0 point, I will definitely give them the point. Shame on you!”
