During the evenings there is a nauseating sewage odor that radiates throughout the third and fourth floor.The windows do not open for fresh air.Outside of that staff is lovely. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Convenient location. Grocery and restaurants across the street. Breakfast was not great, which is the only thing I downgraded. Powdered scrambled eggs, no fruit, gloopy oatmeal, no decaf tea. Easily fixable issues, so I hope they will be. Would stay again. Limpo, silencioso, confortável. Localização conveniente. Let me just start by saying so far NOT SO GOOD. I arrived early (my own fault I did not set my clock back) so I was told my room would not be cleaned and ready til 3. Okay, so I drove all the way home. Waited an hour and returned at 3 only to enter my room and not only found a man's dirty socks left in front of the bed but I was also very mislead by the photos of the actual room I was supposedly paying for which featured a fireplace which I loved so much that I chose this particular hotel over others. The fireplace .... well not in my room. When phoning the front desk was told only 6 rooms here have fireplaces and u fortunately MY room was not one of the 6 as the photo in my room selection showed which is completely unacceptable! It's not a good start to say the least. They don't seem to give a flying f$%# when it comes to customer satisfaction. It's photos are misleading. My room cleanliness is a concern with somebodys dirty socks left in plain view. I'm sure there are much more accommodating hotels around than this one so do your foot work to make certain you're getting what you THINK you are paying for like the fireplace which is WHY I chose this hotel and did not get! The staff is friendly and take care of your every needs. I stay at over 100 Marriotts a year and this staff is top notch. A equipe é simpática e cuidar de todas as suas necessidades. Eu fico em mais de 100 Marriotts por ano e essa equipe é de primeira qualidade.

You can walk to nearby shops (although there aren't many sidewalks). The refrigerator in our room was way loud. There was a big pile of crusty dirt on the kitchen floor when we checked in. It appears they think a pool that is milky in color and not being able to see the bottom is sign of a well maintained pool. They need to fire whoever is responsible for the pool maintenance. Also I informed many employees about the outside security door not properly locking and it was never addressed. There are too many other options for you to choose to stay here. I won't make that mistake again. So they respond with a form letter response saying how thankful they are for my review as they CARE about me! Here we are and the door is still not secure and the pool is still disgusting. You don't care, just about my money. Typical. Os quartos são antigos, mas decentes. Guia kept in touch with us about a possible rock & play for our younger toddler for her to sleep in, and also was great about addressing our early morning needs promptly & clearly as a family of 4, with 2 young toddlers.On a Sunday afternoon, when we were inviting family members to come by so that we cook lunch for them, Jake, was the polite employee who replaced the kitchen light bulb & TV remote professionally and quickly.Finally, Justin H was polite and friendly as the front desk employee who assisted with providing change for the laundry machines and also confirming that there was free hot brewed coffee.In addition, the hotel provided a sturdy and comfortable king size mattress and functioning appliances in the kitchen.If our family ever wants to visit our extended family in Orange County again, we will consider this hotel once more.
