“If you need to be nearby, you can't beat the location. Our family lives in Crestview, about a mile and a half away, so it works for us.
The service is fine, though using the self parking garage is a little funky: no elevator. You can use the hotel elevator to get to the fourth floor crossover, then walk down, or park at the crossover.
The decor is strictly Residence Inn. If you're expecting something special because you're in Beverly Hills, you'll be disappointed.
The Residence Inn breakfast is fine, though no scrambled eggs or link sausage. Breakfast sandwiches, corn muffins with vegetables, etc.
The pastries included a very good blueberry scone, though, and the coffee and orange juice were very good, too.
We were on points so I can't comment on pricing.”

“The moment you walk in to the lobby it smelled like mildew and funky gym bags! The parking is a nightmare, 42 dollars for parking!!! Unaccommodating for disabled people. There is only one access point on the roof to the hotel in the self parking garage. The room wasn't any better. It smelled like funk and other smells I can't quite describe. The room looked and felt dirty even after I wiped it down with Clorox wipes. Lipstick on a pig, and run down, room was also constantly dark no matter the time of day. Next time I will listen to the reviews, we won't be returning to this run down hotel. Look elsewhere.”
