Our room had a TV that was messed up. We wanted to cook a meal, but the oven was filthy. It had chunks of whatever in it. This made me doubt the cleanliness of anything else in the kitchen area. We were told that the oven would be cleaned. Not only was it not cleaned, our room was not cleaned. We didn't get any new towels or anything. I would not recommend this hotel.

Residence Inn foi em geral uma boa experiência. Quartos limpos e ótimo café da manhã. Teve problemas na chegada com o check-in, mas uma vez resolvido, foi uma ótima estadia.

Residence Inn was overall a good experience. Clean rooms and great breakfast. Had issue’s upon arrival with checking in, but once it was resolved it was a great stay.

En primer lugar, quiero decir que la habitación (125) en la que nos alojamos fue excelente. Vinimos a la ciudad para visitar a mi papá por unos días y quedé muy satisfecho con nuestra estadía, desde la recepción hasta el check out, ¡todos fueron increíbles y muy amables! La presión del agua y el agua caliente del fregadero podrían mejorarse o mirarse, pero aparte de eso, ¡se sentía como en casa lejos de casa! ¡Gracias! Volveremos!!!!

Mi familia de cuatro se hospedó en este hotel para participar en un torneo de béisbol durante el fin de semana. Nuestra habitación tenía una cama y un sofá cama, así que trajimos una cuna para nuestro segundo hijo. El hotel fue genial en todos los aspectos, con la excepción de que el sofá cama estaba roto e inutilizable. Al llamar la atención de la recepcionista, se nos informó que no podíamos cambiar de habitación y no se ofreció ninguna solución. Menos mal que teníamos la cuna y nuestro otro hijo podía dormir en el sofá; de lo contrario, alguien estaría durmiendo en el suelo. Nos ofrecieron puntos al momento del pago, pero no soy miembro de Marriott, entonces, ¿qué importa eso? Reservamos una habitación contando con esa cama y no la conseguimos.

Em primeiro lugar, quero dizer que o quarto (125) que ficamos era excelente! Viemos à cidade para visitar meu pai por alguns dias e fiquei muito satisfeito com a nossa estadia, desde a recepção da recepção até o check-out, todos foram incríveis e muito amigáveis! A pressão da água e a água quente da pia poderiam ser melhoradas ou analisadas, mas fora isso, parecia um lar longe de casa! Obrigada! Estaremos voltando!!!!

Minha família de quatro pessoas se hospedaram no hotel para participar de um torneio de beisebol no fim de semana. Nosso quarto tinha uma cama e um sofá-cama, então trouxemos um berço para nosso segundo filho. O hotel foi ótimo em todos os aspectos, com exceção do sofá-cama que estava quebrado e inutilizável. Ao chamar a atenção da recepcionista, fomos avisados que não poderíamos trocar de quarto e nenhuma solução foi oferecida. Graças a Deus tínhamos o berço e nosso outro filho podia dormir no sofá; caso contrário, alguém estaria dormindo no chão. Nos ofereceram pontos no check-out, mas não sou membro do Marriott, então o que isso importa? Reservamos um quarto contando com essa cama e não conseguimos.

My family of four stayed at this hotel to participate in a baseball tournament over the weekend.Our room had one bed and the sofa bed, so we brought a cot for our second child.The hotel was great in all respects, with the exception that the sofa bed was broken and unusable.Upon bringing it to the attention of the receptionist, we were advised we could not switch rooms and no solution was offered.Thank goodness we had the cot and our other child could sleep on the sofa; otherwise, someone would be sleeping on the floor.We were offered points upon checkout, but I’m not a Marriott member, so what does that matter?We booked a room counting on that bed and we didn’t get it.

First off, I want to say that the room (125) that we stayed in was excellent! We came into town to visit my dad for a few days and I was very pleased with our stay, from the front desk reception to the check out, they were all amazing and very friendly! The water pressure and hot water from the sink could be improved or looked at but other than that it felt like home away from home! Thank you! We will be returning!!!!

Location was in the middle of everything you need, (restaurants, grocery store, etc.). Rooms were spotless as is the gym and front lobby area. Breakfast was great and the service was excellent. It has become my new go to for San Angelo visits.

Este é o nosso hotel go-to quando em San Angelo. O pessoal é amigável, o hotel está sempre limpo e os cafés da manhã são muito bons. Não dei cinco estrelas ao hotel porque falta manutenção. Os quartos têm espelhos nas pias que estão descascando. As luzes da penteadeira estão atrás do espelho e parte do descascamento é tão ruim que as luzes brilham através do espelho em seus olhos. O ralo do nosso chuveiro estava entupido, mas tomamos chuveiros curtos para que não transbordasse para o quarto. Os hóspedes anteriores já tinham limpado os cabides da sala e a maior parte dos utensílios de cozinha, que não foram substituídos durante a nossa estadia de duas noites. Ainda ficarei aqui na próxima vez que estivermos na cidade, mas esperamos que a manutenção melhore.

This is our go-to hotel when in San Angelo.The staff is friendly, the hotel is always clean, and the breakfasts are very good.I didn't give the hotel five stars because the maintenance is lacking.The rooms have mirrors at the sinks that are peeling.The vanity lights are behind the mirror and some of the peeling is so bad the lights shine through the mirror into your eyes.Our shower drain was clogged, but we took short showers so it wouldn't overflow into the room.Previous guests had already cleaned out the room of clothes hangers and most of the eating ware which was not replaced during our two night stay.Will still be staying here next time we're in town, but we hope the maintenance improves.

Só ficou uma noite, no entanto, o quarto era limpo, a cama e o sofá-cama eram confortáveis. A equipe do café da manhã foi muito atenciosa. Toda a estadia foi maravilhosa aqui. É a pousada mais bonita em que já nos hospedamos. Heather faz um excelente trabalho com o café da manhã. Está sempre cheio de tantas opções e sempre muito limpo. Excepcional. Toda a equipe do hotel é muito profissional e prestativa. O hotel é mantido limpo e muito agradável estar aqui por causa de tudo isso.

Only stayed one night, however, room was clean, bed plus sofa bed was comfy. The breakfast crew was very attentive.It happened to be a very busy weekend since they were sold out and the staff was working really hard to replenish the food items and ask what everyone needed.I was very impressed with how well they worked as a team.

The entire stay has been wonderful here. It is the nicest residence inn we have ever stayed in. Heather does an outstanding job with the breakfast. It is always full of so many options and kept very clean. Outstanding. The entire hotel staff are so professional and helpful. The hotel is kept clean and so enjoyable to be here because of all of this.
