“I love Marriott and have been loyal for over 25 years of business and travel but this was a disappointment. Rude staff on checking in. Said my mobile app Marriott status was wrong. People waiting for rooms, while staff sat back and laughed at front desk. No ETAs of room check-in availability even though we were way past published check-in time. Cleanliness lacking. For a newer property not well maintained and poorly light parking lot. Not certain about my future with Marriott this was so awful. My apologies to anyone who may come through town during an event or if there is any significant occupancy because they don’t make an effort to meet Marriott standards.”

“The staff was friendly but I would not stay here again. The rooms need to be upgraded and deep cleaned. The chairs were frayed and stained while the cracks of the bathroom have seen better days. The room smelled stale so we had to keep the window open to get some fresh air. The hot food was good but the fruit and juice were not good. There is not enough parking at the front of the building.”
