“Very nice hotel but inacceptable work of cleaning team: 5 nights spent in the hotel. Each morning the cleaning lady moved all our personal belongings which where on the tables and one day she put all our clothes back in the suitcase and closed it. The staff at the reception just apologise. No privacy in the room and even worse during COVID time...”

“Pior Rixos Já estive em hotéis e Rixos em muitos países, mas esse lugar é muito ruim. O café da manhã é especialmente ruim. Apenas um par de sucos baratos e um pouco de comida ruim. No final só podíamos comer ovos fritos e fruta. Café e chá, exceto Americano, são cobrados pelo café da manhã. Isso é um hotel? Será que alguém conseguiu o orçamento e o desviou? Eu nunca vi um café da manhã de hotel sem uma máquina de café. O Rixos de Almaty não era assim. Quem administra Simkent Rixos? acenda-os agora A piscina está tão escura e as pessoas estão mergulhando há horas e a água transborda, mas ninguém lava o chão. Também é estranho proibir os pais de entrar na piscina infantil. Quem é responsável em caso de acidente? E como o banheiro é de vidro transparente e não há blackout, acender a luz do banheiro ilumina o ambiente. As cortinas não têm efeito. A família não conseguia dormir. Toda vez que vou ao banheiro, o quarto se ilumina. Este é um hotel incompreensível. Nunca vá.”
