“Visited this hotel for the honeymoon booking a beach-front bungalow. Upon arrival notes that the room was full of mosquitos (dead and alive)! Informed the reception right away and after a while got offered another, lower category bungalow to spend the night. The next day woke up very early and already before 7 am went to reception asking if a solution was found for my problem, was told to wait. Came back after few hours and was told that the responsible person was having a staff meeting and therefore no solution could be found. Came back after other few hours and got same reply. Finally around lunch time went there and demanded to get a solution placing me and my husband in a clean beach front bungalow got same reply and was offered a solution only after getting angry! Really was never expecting to be treated this way in such a hotel!”
