“In the overly crowded city of Rome this little gem offered comfort, peace of mind and absolute elegance!! The lobby, the staff, the service, rooms and roof top restaurant were all top notch. The Settimo rooftop restaurant and bar offers a beautiful view of the Basilica and excellent service. The food was also very tasty. A must try!! The manager, Leonardo and his entire staff were top notch.”

“On the 8th of December 2019 i was at the b'day party of a friend of mine in the hotel restaurant. i enjoyed the incredible view overlooking the city and this was the only positive feedback about the hotel. 1. I was confused to eat not tasty food of the world famous cuisine . 2. I had to wait and ask the waiter to refill my drink which is unacceptable for Sofitel level hotels. 3. Rude and unqualified restaurant manager (a man) which refused to accept my complain regarding that evening explaining he didn't speak english! the whole restaurant staff was unprofessional. Rome is impeccable, Sofitel Roma Villa Borghese is not!!!”
