“We rented a room in Sharonville West location and it was NOT what is pictured on the site. The smell of marijuana lingered through the whole grounds on our way to our room and by midnight we could smell the stench seeping into our room. Didn’t seem safe to even let our kids go down to the outdoor pool since they’d have to walk through the marijuana smoke to get there. Horrible place to stay if you have children. One bathroom had urine all over the toilet once you lifted the seat, the other toilet only flushed when it wanted to. Floors felt disgusting, had to make our kids keep their shoes on and didn’t allow our baby to even crawl around. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED! Don’t waste your money booking here if you want to be comfortable.”
