Primeiro, fui cobrado uma taxa diferente do que me disseram quando reservei o quarto. A senhora atrás da mesa queria discutir sobre tudo!!! A internet é absolutamente um lixo, a piscina não estava limpa, o depósito que eles querem em vez de colocar seu cartão no arquivo é absolutamente ridículo. Honestamente, tentamos e alguns lugares simplesmente não valem o dinheiro que você paga. Só queria colocar Elaine é o nome da senhora que estava na recepção e, aparentemente, sua gerência estava ao lado dela enquanto ela agia da maneira que agia com os clientes. Honestamente, não vá aqui, eles retêm suas contas e deixam você sem acesso ao dinheiro. Este lugar é um lixo.

First off I was charged a different rate then what I was told when I reserved the room.The lady behind the desk wanted to argue about everything!!!The internet is absolutely trash, the pool wasn’t clean, the deposit they want instead of putting your card on file is absolutely ridiculous.Honestly we gave it a shot and some places just aren’t worth the money you pay. Just wanted to put Elaine is the name of the lady who was at the front desk and apparently her management was standing next to her as she acted the way she did towards customers.Honestly don’t go here they put holds on your accounts and leaves you without access to the money.This place is garbage.

O hotel me deu uma pista sobre se eu poderia obter a taxa do governo. Eu pedi para o check-in, a mulher me disse que não sabia como fazer e perguntou no check-out. Eu perguntei no check-out e o cara lá disse que eles poderiam me dar, mas que o gm precisava fazer isso. Ele até tirou uma cópia da minha identidade. Então, no final, me disseram que eles não poderiam me dar uma taxa do governo e que era apenas para um quarto. Eu não teria me importado em não receber, mas a correria foi ridícula, especialmente depois de ter que esperar cerca de meia hora para fazer o check-in no primeiro dia.Os quartos eram bons, mas tinham um cheiro de mofo. A clarabóia estava suja e rachada e as paredes tinham algumas marcas de arranhões. Um dos tetos tinha uma pequena rachadura nele. Às vezes, o serviço ao cliente era bom, mas muito imprevisível. A piscina era boa, mas a falta de consistência nas taxas e o fato de que na segunda noite eles eram o dobro do preço parece que eles estão apenas tentando obter o máximo de dinheiro possível.

Este é um excelente valor para o dinheiro para arrendamentos de longa duração. Nós hospedado em uma suíte de 2 quartos que custam pelo menos US$ 150 por noite. Os quartos e alguns dos móveis são datados, mas muito práticos. Embora houvesse 2 quartos, não havia muito espaço para trabalhar, mas é aí que o espaçoso centro de negócios, que fica ao lado do lobby, foi muito útil. A localização é top. A equipe foi muito útil e alegre o tempo todo. Havia uma lavanderia completa de bricolage localizada centralmente e um pequeno mercado que vendia bebidas e lanches, e até alguns remédios e utensílios domésticos, como sabão em pó. Fortemente recomendado para estadias de longa duração e viajantes conscientes do valor do fogo.O café da manhã para viagem é algo que deve mudar para um café da manhã presencial. E eles deveriam fazer mais para reciclar em suas instalações.

Hotel gave me a runaround on whether I could get the government rate. I asked for it for check in, the woman told me she didn't know how to do it and ask at check out. I asked at check out and the guy there said that they could give it to me but that the gm needed to do it. He even took a copy of my ID. Then at the end I was told that they couldn't give me a government rate and that its only for one bedroom. I wouldn't have minded not getting it, but the run around was ridiculous, especially after having to wait about a half hour to check in the first day. The rooms were okay but had a musty smell. The skylight was dirty and cracked and the walls had some scratch marks. One of the ceilings had a small crack it it. Sometimes the customer service was good but very hit or miss. The pool was nice but the lack of consistency on the rates and the fact that the second night they were double the price seems like they are just trying to get as much money as possible.

This is excellent value for money for long term rentals. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite that cost least $150 a night. The rooms and some of the furniture are dated but highly practical. Even though there were 2 bedrooms there wasn't much room to work from but that's where the spacious business center, which is next to the lobby came in very very handy. The location is top notch. Staff was very helpful and cheerful all the time. There was a full DIY laundromat located centrally and a small marketplace selling drinks and snacks, and even some medicines and household essentials like laundry soap. Strongly recommended for long term stays and fire value conscious travelers. The grab and go breakfast is something that should change to an in person breakfast. And they should do more to recycle on their premises.

Este lugares é bom, mas eu não ficaria aqui novamente. Primeiro o ruim: as portas não estão fechando muito bem e precisam ser reparadas. Os quartos eram mofados e só precisava de algum carpete novo e móveis novos. Quando chegamos não havia xampu ou gel de banho nos dispensadores em qualquer banheiro. O café da manhã está em um saco marrom com um muffin, água, frutas, mas não há café da manhã continental. O bom é que estava bem limpo e eles me deram um frasco de xampu, mas sem sabonete. Não ficaria aqui novamente, mas não foi horrível.

This places is fine but I would not stay here again. First the bad:Doors are not closing very well and need to be repaired.The rooms were musty and just needed some new carpet and new furniture. When we arrived there was not shampoo or showet gel in the dispensers in either bathroom.The breakfast is in a brown bag with a muffin, water, fruit but no continental breakfast. The good is that it was pretty clean and they gave me a shampoo bottle but no soap.Would not stay here again but it was not horrible.

Serviço agradável eo quarto oferecido um pouco de uma sensação "caseira". Gostamos de poder desempacotar nossos pertences no closet, e eles tinham um secador de cabelo novo para nós.A mobília poderia usar algum TLC e o banheiro adjacente estava faltando o forro da cortina do chuveiro. A pia da cozinha tinha um vazamento e o saco de café da manhã estilo "pegar e levar" foi muito decepcionante.No geral, eu voltaria, mas se você estiver procurando por acomodações mais luxuosas, este não é o local para você.

Esta foi a nossa primeira viagem ficar aqui. Normalmente não escrevo comentários, mas pensei em compartilhar nossa experiência. A equipe foi incrível e o hotel foi bom ~ Não posso dar 5 estrelas porque na manhã do check-out por volta das 7h (o horário do check-out é às 12h), decidimos tomar café da manhã no Dennys antes de arrumar nossa comida extra do fim de semana e saindo. O serviço de arrumação veio enquanto estávamos fora, embora não tivéssemos feito o check-in e jogado fora tudo o que havia sido aberto, bem como minha xícara de lembranças e meu chapéu de amigos. A gerência foi chamada e ele conseguiu recuperar esses itens, o que é muito apreciado. Eu só queria que o serviço de limpeza não entrasse e começasse a jogar coisas quando ainda nem fizemos o check-out. A outra coisa é que nosso quarto ficava ao lado de um monte de gente festeira. Não é culpa do hotel e foi silenciado assim que ligamos para a recepção! No geral, uma ótima experiência do hotel e da equipe ~ Obrigado por sua ajuda e uma ótima estadia ~

This was our first trip staying here. I usually do not write reviews but thought I would share our experience. The staff was amazing and the hotel was nice~ I can't give 5 stars because on the morning of check-out around 7am (checkout time is 12pm) we decided to grab breakfast from Dennys before packing up our extra food from the weekend and heading out. Housekeeping came while we were gone even though we were not checked in and threw out everything that had been opened as well as my souvenir cup and my friends hat. Management was called and he was able to retrieve these items, which is very appreciated. I just wish housekeeping wouldn't just go in and start tossing things when we haven't even check out yet. The other thing is our room was next to a bunch of party people. Not the hotels fault and was silenced as soon as we called the front desk! Overall a great experience from the hotel and staff~ Thank you for your help and a great stay~

Nice service and the room offered somewhat of a "homey" feeling. We enjoyed being able to unpack our belongings in the walk-in closet, and they had a brand new hair dryer for us. The furniture could use some TLC and the adjacent bathroom was missing the shower curtain liner. The kitchen sink had a leak and the "grab-and-go" style breakfast sack was very disappointing. Overall, I would come back, but if you're looking for more luxurious accommodations this isn't the spot for you.

No geral, um bom lugar para ficar. É uma propriedade mais antiga que precisa de alguma atenção. As áreas externas precisam de limpeza, plantações substituídas, sem iluminação exterior de trabalho perto de qualquer quarto em que ficamos. A cama era ok, mas os travesseiros eram terríveis. A meio caminho através da nossa estadia de 1 semana, nos pediram para mudar de quarto devido a um problema de manutenção com o nosso edifício. A pandemia não ajudou em nada, pois o hotel tem poucos funcionários. Seja paciente e gentil com a equipe. Eles estão fazendo o melhor que podem durante este período perturbador

Overall, a good place to stay. Its an older property in need of some attention. The outdoor areas need cleaning up, plantings replaced, no working exterior lighting near either room we stayed. The bed was ok, but the pillows were terrible. Mid way thru our 1 week stay, we were asked to change rooms due to a maintenance issue with our building. The pandemic hasn't helped at all, as the hotel is short staffed. Be patient, and be kind to the staff. They are doing the best they can during this unsettling time

Nós reservamos 2 quartos para a nossa escapadela de fim de semana. A equipe da recepção foi muito simpática e prestativa. A propriedade poderia necessitar de alguns trabalhos de manutenção no exterior do edifício e no interior do quarto. Nosso quarto precisava de uma pintura, um dos abajures estava quebrado, o tapete da sala estava sujo e faltava uma mesa de centro na sala. O quarto em que meus amigos ficaram estava faltando utensílios de cozinha e toalhas de prato. Devo dizer que a equipe da recepção foi útil e rápida em nos levar a panelas, toalhas de prato e substituir uma lâmpada que explodiu na cozinha. Eu fiquei com várias propriedades do Sonesta e este foi o mais "degradado" que já vi, mas no geral, apreciamos a nossa estadia na área.

Experiência absolutamente perfeita. Os quartos são imaculados e cheiram bem. Eu trouxe meus dois cachorros e todos aqui são amigáveis e, como cachorros, há muitos lugares para passear com seus cachorros. Os quartos são grandes e não têm manchas de animais de estimação ou cheiro de fumaça. Os móveis são modernos, assim como as cores das tintas. Eu gosto de como este é um estilo de campus, parece uma pequena comunidade. É uma área tranquila em um parque empresarial agradável, recomendo este lugar. Obrigado a todos os funcionários por tornar este um lugar tão maravilhoso.

We booked 2 rooms for our weekend getaway. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The property could use a bit of maintenance work on the building exterior and room interior. Our room needed a paint job, one of the lamp shades was broken, the rug in the living area was dirty and the living area was missing a coffee table. The room that my friends stayed in was missing cookware and dish towels. I must say that the front desk staff was helpful and prompt in getting us the cookware, dish towels and replacing a light bulb that blew in the kitchen. I've stayed with several Sonesta properties and this was the most "run down" I've seen, but overall we enjoyed our stay in area.

Absolutely perfect experience. The rooms are spotless and smell clean as well. I brought both of my dogs and everyone here is friendly and like dogs there are lots of places to walk your dogs as well. The rooms are big and don't have any pet stains or smoke smell also the furniture is modern and so is the paint colors. I like how this is a campus style it feels like a small community. It's a quiet are in a nice business park I highly recommend this place. Thank you to all the staff for making this such a wonderful place.

Minha experiência de check-in foi HORRÍVEL! O concierge correu meu cartão várias vezes, alegando que meu cartão não lia. Quando, na verdade, toda vez que ela passava, meu cartão era cobrado. My check in experience was HORRIBLE! The concierge ran my card multiple times claiming that my card wouldn't read. When in actuality, everytime she swiped, my card was charged. Then to make matters worse, the room I reserved was not the room that I received, and I was told that no accommodations would be made. The woman that over charged my card showed no sympathy. The manager was very apologetic, but the damage was already done. I recommend that the concierge receive customer service training expeditiously! I ended up staying at another hotel. Very disappointed in the service that I received. Now I have to wait 5-7 business days to get a $900 charge credited back to my card. Totally ruined my daughters 14th birthday.
