“A nice hotel, which was a great place to come back to after being out in the humidity. There is a gym and two pool areas and an extensive buffet breakfast, whichwas included in our accommodation package. The hotel was really clean too. The stand out for me was the staff, they did everything in their power to make sure our holiday was fulfilling. A big shout out to John from the swim up pool bar and Bee from the tours desk. So so friendly. They deserve a HUGE payrise.”

“Hotel Swisstotel Resort phuket is relatively an old hotel but located very near the Patong beach. Though it's old, its clean and upgrading is in progress. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The staff at the reception especially the travel counter were very patient and gave many useful tips during our stay at the hotel. There are 2 convenient stores along the hotel and a massage salon together with a drinking bar just next to the hotel. The massage is good and value for money. On the left side of the hotel is to the beach, on the right side, is hooters and night market.”
