“We made a booking in July 2022 for two families (9 people) for Christmas to arrive on 23 December for 5 nights. On 25 October I received an unusual message advising that the Hotel was closed. We then contacted the Hotel and spoke to Reservations who assured us that we had 4 rooms booked and confirmed. 24 hours later we received notification that our 4 rooms were cancelled. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. We have now had to find other accommodation which is not what we were hoping for our experience in New York for Christmas. It is only today that they have on their website that the hotel is temporarily closed. I would be very careful in booking this hotel.”
