“Very beautiful grounds and hotel. The rooms are well appointed and feel like new. The balconies overlooking the ocean are really amazing and contributed a lot to our enjoyment of our room. Great room service. The pools and beach access were great. Super helpful staff. Great proximity to Bal Harbour Shops and Surfside shops.”

“This hotel has gone down hill!!! Do not stay here. The carpets are filthy, towels were dirty, outdoor furniture was stained, air conditioner barely worked and I can go on. This is not a 5 star hotel! It used To be but it’s gone downhill!! Manager doesn’t even call back in regards to the issues we had. Not sure how he runs this property when he sees the reviews and doesn’t do anything about it all he says is thank you for visiting and we will address it with the proper team. So if you address it why does it keep happening ??? He should be ashamed of himself for letting this property get like this!!For 1000$ A night save your money and go elsewhere. We checked out early, and checked into a better 5 star hotel a few steps away. People are paying top dollar and getting bad service and dirty rooms. Not a place I would ever come back to. Avoid at all costs”
