Ponto positivo: café incluso, estacionamento gratuito, máquina de lavar e secar disponível por $2,00 cada (para nós que emendamos viagem com crianças foi otimo). Negativo: barulho nos corredores, funcionários que entram nos quartos (sempre pendure o "not disturb" na porta) e café até às 9:30, porém hoje, às 9:15 já tinham recolhido tudo e ficamos sem café!! Bom custo benefício.

Nice rooms. Good location. Nice pancakes for breakfast, among other things.Ótimo café da manhã com waffles feitos na hora no formato do Mickey (você mesmo faz) e boa opções, quarto grande, boa localização ($9 de Uber até o parque da Universal e $20 até a Disney). Possui máquina de lavar ($2) e secar ($2), sabão ($1) e amaciante ($1). Possui máquina de bebidas (refrigerantes por $1). Oferece transporte para os parques em horários pré-estabelecidos, que nem sempre são os ideais para o planejamento. Estacionamento livre no pátio do hotel.A van gratuita oferecida pelo hotel para transporte não apareceu em um dos dias e tivemos que pegar um táxi, o qual não nos foi reembolsado. Carro necessário para se deslocar, como na maioria dos locais em Orlando.

Hotel simples e caro, cheiro de mofo no quarto e nas dependências, café da manhã fraco tive que comprar ( queijo, chocolate, biscoito etc...) para levar, carpete dos quartos com mofo nos cantos e cama pequena ( cama de viúva ) não cabe dois, não volto.

Lugar maravilhoso muito limpo Já fiquei em vários hotéis com carpete mais foi o único que não tinha cheiro ruim Procurem a Jerusa brasileira na recepção maravilhosa me senti em casa VCs não vão se arrepender detalhe reservei um dia acabei ficando 4 dias vale a pena se der essa chance

A melhor escolha q eu poderia ter feito. Bem localizado,bom preço, limpo,seguro,funcionarios brasileiros e simpaticos. Fora o cafe da manhã que,para o padrão orlando,é delicioso. Unica coisa q poderia melhorar era um micro ondas em cada quarto. Ter q descer para usar o do restaurante é chato mas,n chegou a ser um problema pq o hotel é pequeno. Volto com certeza!

Excelente para las vacaciones, estuve 9 días y volvería siempre la amabilidad de todo el personal fue muy bueno, la predisposición para ayudar y guiarle en lo que se necesita siempre lo hicieron. Muchas de las chicas hablan español por lo que la estancia se vuelve muy agradable, el desayuno es variado y abundante. Totalmente recomendado.

Un buen hotel cerca de los parques. Perfecto para dormir y pasar el día en los parques de Disney o Universal. Barato, con habitaciones cómodas y con un desayuno completo aunque el salón pueda parecer pequeño al principio. Buena atención y limpieza.

Muy limpio. Le cambian todos los días las toallas. Desayuno normal. El personal muy amable. La verdad me volvería a quedar otra vez. La ubicación está bien. Cerca de todo, a 16 min del aeropuerto.

El personal súper amable , siempre con una sonrisa. El desayuno es relativamente variado y bufet. Las habitaciones super cómodas y las limpian todos los días y el precio es muy cómodo. También cuentan con cuarto de lavandería y parqueo gratuito si alquilas carro. IMPORTANTE!! Hace poco le cambiaron el color a la fachada para los que vienen próximamente

Clean, Very friendly staff, good location. But.....they need to pay attention to details. Like most places now there are built in dispensers for shampoo and stuff. Ours were empty. Asked for refill, didn't get it. Used the bar of soap provided! The TV remote refused to work, but the buttons on the TV itself did function. Still....they need to do better.
