“Hotel is on the heart of Herald Square area. A little loud if you stay on a lower floor. Service was exceptional. Hotel room was clean, but small. Easy to get to subway a block away. Free coffee and breakfast was nice too. We asked for a late checkout and were accomodated. We also arrived at 12:45 and were able to check in early. Again, excellent service!”

“Very convenient location just 3 minutes to the subway. Staff and service were wonderful -- friendly, helpful and accommodating. Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Decent fitness room. My "standard king room" was very small, even for NYC standards -- okay for one person, but would be too tight for a couple. Only negative was that I stayed on the top floor and had very poor water pressure which made showering a hassle. Overall, great value.”
