I would rate this zero stars if I could. Pulled into parking lot and everything looked great and loved the fact it's gated, but then realized only on one side lol what's that help? Got into the room and first thing my dog picks up a broken Crack pipe off the floor. The only clean thing in the room was towels and bedding. At 10 pm had to call front desk due to fighting in the parking lot. At midnight people loudly swimming in the pool which is no big deal during the summer, but this was overly loud. Dead cockroach in the shower and a live one running across the floor. Needs major updating. We travel for work and have stayed all over the country, this is the worst hotel so far.

We talked to a few other guests who said that there were bedbugs and roaches in their rooms. So we went into our room to inspect for bugs. We also found bedbugs and roaches. Also, while looking for bugs, we found that it was FILTHY throughout the whole room. There was dust on the lampshades and on the bottom of the furniture. The toilet was brown inside. The doors to the room and the bathroom door were dirty. The phone was filthy. The couch was 2 different patterns. The desk chair was coming apart. The tile floor was filthy. We left the room and went to the front desk and told the person there about the bugs. He didn't even care! His response was, "you were here for more than 1 hour so you don't get a refund." We didn't care about a refund. We just wanted to leave! This place is so DISGUSTING that it should be CONDEMNED and the owner and staff should be ASHAMED of themselves!

We made reservations for 3/12/22-3/13/22 at Days Inn 3300 Orange Blossom Trail Orlando, FL 32839 because we were going to the Billy Joel concert and needed a place to stay for the night. When we got to our room, we left our luggage and went to eat dinner. When we got back from dinner, we talked to a few other guests who said that there were bedbugs and roaches in their rooms. So happy with the choice of hotel. Yes check in is at 3pm but there was plenty to do as I waited. The woman at the front desk was so polite and Courteous. The room was up to date clean, nice layout very spacious. no bugs thank goodness. My husband and I are on our way to the pool. Nice staff. Perfect location next to i4. Very convenient

When I arrived for our stay unfortunately the AC for our room wasnt working. I was very tired after traveling and let the front desk know the situation. Thinking it was going to be the typical forget response, I was not a happy camper. Well to my surprise, within just a few minutes, George arrived and was extremely helpful and friendly to deal with. Not only did George have the AC working within a few minutes, he also gave us some great dining and entertainment suggestions for the area. My husband was very impressed and tried to tip George twice but he refused to accept any gratuities. The world needs more George’s in it. Thank you all for making our stay comfy. Sincerely, Anne

Had a room reserved elsewhere,they sold it under me!! called this place got 2 nights at 130 each plus a 50$ cash only deposit. These rooms (or at least the one i got) were like 60$ 70$ a night rooms. When i got there i had to wait about 2 hours to get checked in ( i was like 6th person in line) The room was clean Shower and water pressure and hot water worked well Mini fridge kept my stuff cold (no freazer) Microwave(unlike others) Its right off the i4 and close to alot of stores ans stuff near it Staff was okay I wont go again for the price

Had a great stay at this hotel right off I-4 in downtown Orlando for 3 nights as a special rate. Rooms were clean and I was treated right. I highly recommend them.
