Eu moro aqui em Las Vegas e fiquei muito feliz por encontrar um lugar onde posso ter meu cachorro. Estou ficando aqui agora, ficarei por pelo menos 2 meses, possivelmente mais. Estou muito feliz com tudo. Sei que é um lugar mais antigo, mas está muito bem conservado. Meu quarto é ótimo, é tão bom ter uma cozinha e uma geladeira grande. As camas e os travesseiros são muito confortáveis ​​e tudo muito limpo.Eu também gosto muito da lavanderia, que fica no primeiro andar, as lavadoras e secadoras estão em ótimo estado, e muito convenientes já que vou ficar aqui alguns meses ... Este Hotel também tem máquinas de venda automática com refrigerante e água, e lanches que fica ao lado do escritório ..... Estou muito grato por ter encontrado este lugar, é a minha casa agora. Outra coisa que adoro é que há um 7-11 do outro lado da rua e um Dennys alguns prédios descendo a rua. Eu sou um paramédico aposentado, e do outro lado da rua fica o Sunrise Hospital também, e caso você queira saber, alguém pode ir comer em sua cafeteria, e sempre foi a cafeteria número 1 do hospital para nós, médicos. Mais uma vez, sou muito grato por estar aqui, com meu cachorro, seguro, confortável, limpo e sempre com a TV ligada. Acho que muitas pessoas simplesmente procuram algum motivo para reclamar. Este não é para ser o Belagio, mas também está longe das reclamações que li ... I live here in Las Vegas and I was so happy to find a place I can have my dog. I am staying here now, will be for at least 2 months possibly more. I am very happy with everything. I understand is an older place, but is very well kept up. My room is great, is so nice having a kitchen, and full size fridge. The beds and pillows are so comfortable, and everything is very clean.I also really like the laundry facility, which is located o the first floor, the washers and dryers are in excellent condition, and very convenient since I am staying here for some Months...This Hotel also has vending machines with soda and water, and snacks that is next to the office..... I am so thankful to have found this place, it is my home right now. The other thing I love is there is a 7-11 right across the street, and a Dennys a couple of buildings down the street. I am a retired Paramedic, and right across the street is Sunrise Hospital as well, and in case you may like to know anyone can go eat in their cafeteria, and it was always the #1 hospital cafeterias for us Medics. Again, I am very thankful to be here, with my dog, safe, comfortable, clean, and I always have the TV on. I think many people just look for any reason to complain. This is not meant to be the Belagio, but it also is far from the complaints I read about... Suas habilidades de atendimento ao cliente estavam certas naquele dia e estou feliz por isso. I have been here for over a month. From the jump I had a problem with my card. Terry Rodriguez was extremely helpful and patient. Her customer service skills were on point that day and I'm glad they were. Terry took care of the problem and got me to my room which by the way the rooms are as perfect as can be. Thank you Terry. I appreciate it. I recommend extended stay to everyone. Especially if all workers are like Terry.

So I have being staying here since September 27 and I had to get changed to 3 different rooms they were over pricing me for the rooms.. Terry the manager is very rude and inconsiderate when it comes down to her customers.. the police is always out over there its always something going on in that neighborhood.. I wouldn't recommend thia place at all.. the manager needs too take a class on how to have better customer service skills!!!

Esta foi uma estadia de emergência, pois sou residente em Las Vegas. Eu escolhi este hotel porque era meio perto de nossa casa, mas era muito caro para o que era. Pincher como insetos no banheiro, fazer xixi atrás do vaso sanitário e uma cadeira quebrada no nosso quarto eram todos grandes desvios. Ele está localizado em uma área com uma população transitória ruim; portanto, sair pela porta garantiu que você pedisse dinheiro por alguém dormindo nos arbustos. Estava alto e sujo. Eu realmente pensei em sair durante a noite, mas decidi resistir. Se você pode ficar em qualquer outro lugar, faça-o! A razão pela qual eu realmente dei 2 estrelas em vez de uma foi porque é aceita animais de estimação e tivemos nossos 3 cães conosco, o que era vital. Eles também tinham segurança no estacionamento e há uma porta ao lado de Denny, então a comida era conveniente. This was an emergency stay as I'm a resident of Las Vegas. I chose this hotel because it was kinda close to our house, but It was WAY overpriced for what it was. Pincher like bugs in the bathroom, pee behind the toilet and a broken chair in our room were all huge turn offs. It's located in an area with a bad transient population so just going out the door assured you'd be asked for money by someone sleeping in the bushes. It was loud and dirty. I really thought about leaving during the night but decided to tough it out. If you can stay anywhere else, do it! The reason I actually gave it 2 stars instead of one was because it is pet friendly and we had our 3 dogs with us which was vital. They also had security in the parking lot and there is a Denny's next door so food was convenient. If I had, had more time to search I would have chose something, anything different!

exelente hotel para estadia larga. estacionamiento sincargo. tenes que tener auto para moverte esta a 5 minutos del strip. el lugar es silenciiso no hay quilombo en la calle. tiene cocinaheladera y microondas. te dan el desayuno en planta baja para llevar a la habitacion. si queres cocinarte ahorrar dinero y comer sano esta perfecto hay varios supermercados en la zona.yo la pase exelente. y volveria si. dudarlo.
