1. Location
Hotel is located very good location, you can access east broadway station within 5minutes.
you can walk to brooklyn bridge and china town.
2. cleanness
Room is very clean and finished renovation few years ago

security is only problem of this hotel. hotel is very safey but streed near hotel looks not so good. if you alone or women, you can feel worry, because of circumstance.
Because, most of shop near hotel was shut down at daytime and dirty. but at the night it was not bad. because some bars and restaraunts are open at night and many people enjoy the night life. conclusionaly it was much better than it looks like.”

“Me and my Family with 3 Kids had a great stay. Great Value for your money. Accessible to most famous places, and restaurants and the NYC Subway. We just hope that there is a 24 Hour drinking water availability for all guest on the Lobby. They have an Ice maker very accessible but water would make a prime difference for convenience since most guest end up walking miles to visit locations. Overall we had a good stay and we were safe. But ofcourse, always take extra precaution on the streets as there are alot of nonsense going on with other people.”
