Tudo foi muito bom. Única observação... A cômoda no banheiro era bem baixa, abaixo do que eu acho que são os padrões normais de altura. Pouco desconfortável. Quarto era muito limpo, bem decorado, muitos plugues, TV funcionou bem! (The Boss, um Chihuahua de 16 anos, também adorou as acomodações!)

Everything was very good. Only observation... The commode in the bathroom was quite low, below what I think are normal height standards. Bit uncomfortable. Room was very clean, well-appointed, lots of plugs, TV worked great! (The Boss, a 16 yr. old Chihuahua, loved the accommodations as well!)

I come to Vegas periodically to work for a physician close to this hotel.I always stay here. The rooms were always clean and staff friendly. I will add the common areas were also extremely clean.I arrived on a Sunday evening. The hallways, elevators and my room were filthy.After being on a plane for almost 6 hours, I waited to complain Monday morning.The Manager told me they would clean my room while I was out for the day. When I returned that night at 8:00 pm, it had NOT been cleaned.If I had not stayed there before "MANY" times, I would have nothing to compare it to. When I complained about my room being dirty, bathtub had dirty spots,sink had toothpaste in it, the bed had hair on the cover...it was disgusting. My future plans will be at the Suncoast Casino and Resort.It is close by and is usually a similar price, and it is clean!I heard they sold this La Quinta hotel to a franchise! BIG MISTAKE! So sad. One another note, the La Quinta has a free breakfast. I was waiting for my Uber one morning when a guest asked the front desk for more syrup.The front desk told the guests they were bought out and they did not have food contracts yet, that their payroll just got moved over. Room was filthy, nothing works. Ice machine broken, drains plugged hair on the sheets. Room smelled of Marijuana even though non smoking Room. Key cards work when they want. I was asked if I wanted to join the rewards lolthats a hard no. Carpets in the hall ways are filthy no vacuuming at all trash all in the grass. Tried to call the front desk but yeah phone doesn't work either. All for 260 a night yeah last time. Run don't walk away from this place!!

A recepção não conhecia o sistema... tinha em 6 transações de diferentes valores 'pendentes'. Quando tentamos resolver o problema, fomos informados de que o computador estava inoperante e, em seguida, eles estariam no telefone perguntando como consertar. Quando saímos, estávamos "garantidos" que as outras cobranças cairiam. Duas acusações separadas igualando o total apareceram primeiro... outras pendentes. Então, 4 dias depois, o valor que deveria ter caído foi compensado. Além disso, o hotel era livre de fumo… o quarto tinha um cheiro muito ruim de fumaça. Quando perguntamos se poderíamos ir para outro quarto, eles entregaram uma garrafa de spray que eles usam para cobrir o cheiro. Pulverizei cortinas, paredes, carpete, etc. Quando saímos, devolvi a garrafa com os olhos vermelhos e inchados e mal conseguia falar e o comentário foi 'oh alguém foi safado'. Pior estadia devido à equipe não treinada ... tudo poderia ter sido evitado se algum serviço ao cliente fosse usado.

Eu não esperava nada incrível quando planejamos ficar aqui, no entanto, eu esperava pelo menos limpeza. O quarto cheirava a urina de animais de estimação e havia até uma mancha de urina visível na unidade de ar condicionado no quarto (foto). Cabelo encontrado nos lençóis, como outros mencionaram. A equipe foi amigável, mas não compensa a falta de limpeza. Nós não ficaríamos aqui novamente.

Eu não tinha certeza do que esperar da nossa estadia, mas acabou superando nossas expectativas. Viajar com animais de estimação não é fácil, mas este hotel foi um dos poucos que os permitiu na área. O quarto era espaçoso e limpo com camas confortáveis. Havia uma pequena área de descanso para animais de estimação na parte de trás que era bem iluminada. A única desvantagem de nossa estadia foi o banheiro desatualizado que não parecia estar completamente limpo. Não posso falar para quem procura a experiência completa de Las Vegas, pois estávamos apenas de passagem pela cidade, mas havia muitos bares / restaurantes na esquina do hotel.

I wasn’t expecting anything amazing when we planned to stay here, however, I was at least expecting cleanliness. The room smelled of pet urine and there was even a visible urine stain on the AC unit in the room (pictured). Hair found in the sheets, as others mentioned. Staff was friendly but it did not make up for lack of cleanliness. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Front desk did not know system… had at 6 transactions of different amounts ‘pending’.When we tried to address it we were told the computer was down and then they’d be on the phone asking how to fix.When we left we were ‘assured’ the other charges would drop off.Two separate charges equaling total appeared first…others pending.Then 4 days later the amount that should’ve dropped off cleared.Also, hotel was smoke free… room had a very bad smoke smell.When we asked if we could go to other room they handed a bottle of spray they use to cover the smell.I sprayed drapes, walls, carpet, etc.When we checked out I handed the bottle back with red puffy eyes and could hardly talk and the comment was ‘ oh someone was naughty’.Worse stay ever due to untrained staff… all could’ve been avoided if some customer service was used.

I was not sure what to expect from our stay, but it ended up exceeding our expectations. Traveling with pets is not easy, but this hotel was one of the few that allowed them in the area. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. There was a little pet rest area by the back which was well lit. The only downside from our stay was the outdated bathroom which did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned. I can't speak for those looking for the full Vegas experience as we were just passing through town but there were plenty of bars/ restaurants right around the corner from the hotel.

A única razão pela qual ficamos neste local é que fizemos nossa viagem em curto prazo após o falecimento da mãe da minha esposa, e o Hampton Inn ao lado não tinha vagas. Os problemas começam com o check-in: no formulário de reserva, pedimos um quarto longe da rodovia e repetimos isso para o homem que nos registrou. Acabamos no segundo quarto do final mais próximo da rodovia e era muito alto. Nosso banho parecia não ter sido varrido. Havia uma garrafa plástica de água e outros lixos embaixo da pia. Havia manchas e resíduos de sabão na banheira. No dia seguinte, pedi serviço de limpeza para limpar o banheiro. A garrafa e o lixo ainda estavam lá, assim como o resíduo na banheira depois que eles limparam o quarto. As ofertas de café-da-manhã foram decepcionantes. Lembramo-nos de La Quinta oferecendo ovos mexidos e waffles, e tendo uma torradeira e pão/bagels no café da manhã. Neste caso, havia apenas barras de granola, maçã e iogurte. Se/quando viajarmos para este local novamente, optaremos pelo Hampton Inn.

The only reason we stayed at this location is that we made our trip on short notice after the passing of my wife’s mother, and the Hampton Inn next door had no vacancies. The issues start with check-in: On the reservation form we asked for a room far from the freeway, and repeated this to the man checking us in. We ended up in the second room from the end closest to the freeway and it was very loud. Our bath appeared not to have been swept. There was a plastic water bottle and other trash under the sink vanity. There were stains and soap residue in the tub. The next day, I asked for housekeeping to clean the bathroom. The bottle and trash were still there, as well as the residue in the tub after they cleaned the room. Breakfast offerings were disappointing. We remember La Quinta offering scrambled eggs and waffles, and having a toaster and bread/bagels for breakfast. In this case, there were just granola bars, apples and yogurt. If/when we travel to this location again, we will opt for the Hampton Inn.

Tive uma ótima experiência, especialmente para o preço! Concedido eu passei pouco tempo no quarto em si, mas a equipe foi cortês e ofereceu águas cada vez que pedimos. Realizamos nossas malas gratuitamente na frente após o check-out. O banheiro tinha algumas manchas sim, mas a cama era confortável e este é um hotel de 2 estrelas de qualquer maneira, então nossas expectativas foram moderadas. Além disso, fica a apenas 15 minutos de Red Rock e cerca de 20 da Strip. Um lugar satisfatório para dormir durante a nossa viagem.

Had a great experience, especially for the price! Granted I spent little time in the room itself, but the staff was courteous and offered waters every time we asked. Held our bags for free at the front after checkout. Bathroom had some stains yes, but bed was comfortable and this is a 2-star hotel anyway so our expectations were tempered. Besides, its only 15 mins from Red Rock and about 20 from the strip. A satisfying place to crash during our trip.

Todo fue perfecto. Estoy en las Vegas cada mes y siempre trato a usar este lugar sobre otros. La habitacion fue lista temprana(antes de la 9 de la mañana)., y mandararan un text para advisarme. Esta cerca de target y otras tiendas y restaurantes. La habitation fue limpio y la tele functiona con juegos de video si quiere.

Están remodelando el lugar, lo cual es una buena señal. Mi habitación estaba limpia al llegar y hay muchos enchufes para aparatos electrónicos. Estuvimos aquí mientras jugábamos un torneo de fútbol, los niños hicieron un poco de ruido a las 2 de la tarde y llamaron enojados, si ellos se anotan para aceptar equipos de fútbol de niños deberían saber que los niños van a hacer ruido. Mal manejo de la situación.

Mi familia y yo nos pasamos 3 noches en La Quinta Summerlin, desde el 21 hasta el 25 de Diciembre. Estamos satisfechos con el servicio del hotel. Las habitaciones estan muy limpias.

Clean, clean, clean! Great service, no issues during stay. Staff was friendly and everyone respected the COVID guidelines. I love the privacy and amenities provided. The location is close to downtown...
