For more than a century, Le Consulat was the site of the Consulate of Brazil. Overlooking the famed Camões Square, it boasts an exceptional location in the heart of the Chiado district, the district of artists and Lisbon's cultural life. The building was fully refurbished to now hold some twenty spacious suites, decorated in collaboration with the most important art galleries in Lisbon. “The rooms are great, overlooking the square. Lots of space and comfortable. Good breakfast included. The 24E team picks up right outside to get you up to the castle. The real selling point is the staff, who go out of their way to help you have a great time. Great restaurant suggestions, and reservations. I wanted to play tennis, so they found a place nearby (and a hitting partner). Great stuff.”
