At first this was done by the person who was there upon arrival, and then several times this was done by an employee from the kitchen. Therefore, it was very easy to give out the key to my number to anyone. In no case do not leave money or documents or other valuables in the room when you leave the room even for a few minutes.The hotel was booked us before flying home. We decided to rest for two days. And we were just lucky that we didn’t stay here at the beginning of our vacation, when there was much more money. I think if we chose this hotel at the beginning of our vacation, then most likely the next day we would fly home. The loss was discovered in the evening before departure. Contacting the staff with the problem will also not help you, since the cameras installed in the hotel at the time of the theft were simply turned off. The hotel manager found that the cameras did not work for 2 hours !!!! )))) As compensation, the manager suggested a week of hotel accommodation for us or my friends. As a result, they did not see anything because the cameras did not work. After an unpleasant conversation with the manager, I wanted to leave the hotel immediately, but since the next day we had a long flight, we barricaded ourselves in the room, because after the incident we could not be sure of the safety of our family!”
