“NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!
It was the most terrible experience in France🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
On the first day we check in, the hotel owner told us that the minibar in the room was totally free and told us to enjoy it, but when we check out, another staff charged us for all the drinks and unfriendly said “nothing is free here”. Although we told the staff what his boss has told us, he just didn’t care and insisted to charge each drink for 5€. We’re not idiots. The drink is much cheaper outside. If we knew that was not free, we wouldn’t even drink it or take it when we check out. It’s not that we couldn’t afford the money, it was just dozens of euro. But to run a business, the most important thing is honesty. You guys can’t treat the customers like that. It was mean and awful.
